200ml coconut milk 4
2 tbsp ground almond 1.2
Spices 1
300g cauli 6.3
Knob butter 0
3 spring onions 1.5

14.4 for everything..

Had about half, maybe just under 7

Turned out ok thanks hun, the bones fell out the chicken so just picked them out. Wasn't really 'curry enough' for me, need to add more next time. Couldn't eat half of what i was planning to! Plenty of carbs left for some strawbs later though..

When I was with WW I used to buy WW ready made curries, Missy used to love to lick out the dish before I binned it. Wouldn't you just know, my cat is as nuts as I am!!

My mum's cat used to like curry, chinese...He was a weird one! Lovely though. I always thought the tesco healthy eating tikka masala was much nicer than the WW one. just that bit creamier!

Morning all, back to work today for me at 1600hrs for another 7 days on Boo... Looking forward to my leave now.

Got left over chicken curry n cauli rice for dinner then need to pop over to the shop to get some lettuce n i'll make a salad box up for work tonight.

LOL, cat's can be strange, one of my mums cats used to love raspberries!

OH yes, all my mums cats drank tea, she'd always make 2 cups and then pour one into a saucer for the cats. LMAO

My mums cat n dog both drink tea but funny thing is the dog doesnt like my tea now cos i've managed to wean myself off the sugar and she can tell when it's not got it in! She'll stick her whole head into me dads tea (two sugars(!)) to finish it n the cat with pull the cup over with his paw n lick it from the floor! However we have to watch how much sugary tea he has as he's diabetic and has to be jabbed twice a day. He'll also eat anything at all but the dog is more fussy.

I'm confused now, who's diabetic, you're dad, the cat or the dog?

the cat! my mum has to jab him twice a day. my real dad is also type two but that's cos he's too big n hardly see him.

He doesn't mind it too much Jim. He's a good ol lad, getting on a bit now though, you can see it in his joints.
