Morning all, feeling ok today. Back to work on lates tmoz so need to make sure i'm fighting (quite literally) fit. Still tempted to go to the gym but also don't want to overdo things too soon and relapse. Once all the carbs are out my cupboard - only 2 slices seedy bread, some marks n sparks fresh soup n an iceland carbonara type thing i'll be back on it so i reckon that'll be tmoz. So i guess i should really go food shopping today in preparation for getting back on the wagon again.
