Morning Quak, Di, Katie, Alpy, Jim and everyone. Didn't update yesterday as I knew wi day is today. I lost 3lbs since monday. yippee. I know 2lbs of it was my 'wine & crisp' weight from last weekend, and I can drop that during the week, but I've been struggling with 1-2 lbs off during the week and back on at the weekend so a sts for a month most my own doing. Even though I've lost 3 I really classify it as 1 which is great for me.
I've made the following changes: upped my carbs to be around 70- 90 and still taking the enzymes with each meal. I have been having bread (brown irish soda and lc wraps only) and the odd biscuit, but basically doing a lower carb and low calorie. Not much fat averaging about 50 grams a day. Faithfully logging into mfp. I'm not advocating anyone take the enzymes, and they maybe had nothing to do with the extra lb this week, but I've noticed the following from taking them: I seem to tolerate the upped carbs with no ravenous cravings for more and no huge stomach from bloating, more energy and less 'mind fog' and just generally feel good so I'll continue taking them.
