Can't say I'm a fan of the aubergine but Hugh F-W does a lovely veg moussaka recipe so am going to give it a go, hopefully this weekend :)

Morning everyone, working today and tomorrow so will catch up when I get home later with everyone's diary's.

Hugh does have some lovely veg recipes Susie, can't wait to hear about the moussaka Has anyone been watching the Hairy Bikers baking trip. It's amazing. Just might have to get their book. Last night they were in Belgium making all kinds of yummy breads and buns. I'm not the best baker but may give it a shot in the Autumn.

B- love soya quarter pound burger- jack cheese on soda bread and lc ketchup (this was yummy)
L- lc wrap with turkey and veg
D- roast chicken with green veg

Hi Jim I do feel they're keeping me from being bloated now I'm eating more carbs, but prob will have a sts again this week. Maybe I'm just at my natural weight? Feel like I have more energy too.

Morning Quak, Di, Katie, Alpy, Jim and everyone. Didn't update yesterday as I knew wi day is today. I lost 3lbs since monday. yippee. I know 2lbs of it was my 'wine & crisp' weight from last weekend, and I can drop that during the week, but I've been struggling with 1-2 lbs off during the week and back on at the weekend so a sts for a month most my own doing. Even though I've lost 3 I really classify it as 1 which is great for me.

I've made the following changes: upped my carbs to be around 70- 90 and still taking the enzymes with each meal. I have been having bread (brown irish soda and lc wraps only) and the odd biscuit, but basically doing a lower carb and low calorie. Not much fat averaging about 50 grams a day. Faithfully logging into mfp. I'm not advocating anyone take the enzymes, and they maybe had nothing to do with the extra lb this week, but I've noticed the following from taking them: I seem to tolerate the upped carbs with no ravenous cravings for more and no huge stomach from bloating, more energy and less 'mind fog' and just generally feel good so I'll continue taking them.

Lost another 2lbs since Friday for a total of 5 since last Monday! This is weird. Not going to record it though as I missed a couple of meals this weekend running around playing taxi for son so didn't have any dinner Friday night and last night my dinner consisted of a bottle of wine and crisps. So most likely a couple lbs will come back on this week.

Hi Di, are you Alpaca on MFP? I have a look and add you. I'm aiming for about 1200 cal. Looking back at my diary it's been quite erratic with some days being under in cal although I've not been hungry.

Hi coffee! Wow, 3lbs! The enzymes sound promising - sorry if it sounds lke you're the official guinea pig! On that level of carbs I'd be in carb cravings, so interesting to hear that you aren't and no bloating.

Lol Soraya don't mind being a guinea pig.
