Morning all, Supposed to go sofa shopping today, but oh dragging his feet. He's a wake up and relax leisurely breakfast etc and I'm a wake up and get out then get home and relax
Have a headache after too much wine and vodka last night and losing the will to go out at all.
half a stone to go before goal but don't know how much more I can lose? I'm upping my goal to 9 stone because of exercise I'm toned. Would love to see an 8 on the scale, but not going to obsess about it anymore.
Surprised to see after looking a mfp for the last month that I'm usually under 1200 calories (counting in exercise calories) and not hungry at all. Not trying to be under 1200 just the way it's been. Pretty much eating what I want but trying to keep carbs at around 90 per day, so not really low carb but suppose compared to some diets it's lowish?
