Coffeelovers Under 10lbs To Go

Morning Val... At least the gain is as a result of eating crap... What frustrates me is being good but sneaky/hidden carbs doing the damage !!

Hope you have a good day xx

Morning everyone. I've had no so much a carb creep as a gallop. Given in to everything and was 3 lbs up yesterday. Not weighing today. Going to go back to being sensible and the shred. Made some lovely greek coconut yogurt and have lots of lean meats from the roast so no crisps, wine Easter eggs etc. :(

Hope you all have a good day. xx

B- coconut yogurt and coffee
L- maybe go out
D- salad w/meat and veg

Morning hun - Atkins can be very unforgiving, as we've all found out! It'll whooshie off soon, though :)

How do you make your yoghurt - is it Easiyo?

Morning, it'll soon be off, just stay focused for a few days!! x

Afternoon everyone. Turned out a bit sunny here and fairly mild.

The Easiyo is really easy Susie. The good thing is it last for 2 weeks in the fridge and it makes a lot. You just mix room temp water with the mix shake and put it in the thingy with just boiled water leave for 12 hours pop in the fridge and yum. Yeah prob a bit fiddly and easier to buy it, but I love the ritual and the different flavors and the thrill when it turns out good. :)

Really craving a bottle of wine but too lazy to go out and get one, so a bloody mary was all I could have. Hubby working tomorrow so not in the mood to drink, but I'm off for the week and in the mood. Too late now can't drive although hubby offered to go get me one.

Just downloaded a cozy mystery onto my kindle and going to read it. More yogurt for tea. x

LOL a true yoghurt lover! I might try an Easiyo, will see what's on eBay.

I love mysteries too - what you reading?

Morning everyone, Gained a full 3lbs. but not stressing. I'll get rid of it this week I think.

Hi Susie, I'm currently reading a funny mystery book called The Body on the Beach' it's a series of books called the Fethering Mysteries. Similar to the Agatha Raisin series, but not as good as yet. I love Agatha Raisin. Just finished 'Florence & Giles' I thought it was very good. Have The Passage' to get into. Had it for over a year so may start that.

Have a lovely day everyone xx

B workman in the kitchen so none :(
L- salad with chicken
D- leftover turkey w/mexican rice

I love Agatha Raisin too! Must check the Fethering books out.

I'm re-reading the Donna Leon mysteries set in Venice. Other favs are Lindsey Davis (Falco) and the Lilian Braun Jackson cat series (corny but cute). Got loads of them on my e-reader using el cheapo CDs from eBay (don't know how they get round the copyright but they do). Happy to send them to you to borrow if you have an e-reader?

Yep sure would - I use Calibre for the library, you familiar with that? It's as easy as pie to use and means you can convert disks to any e-reader.

PM me your address and I'll get them to you this week.

Yep got it thanks hun. Calibre is really easy, you will get the hang of it in no time, but there's lots of online help too :)

I love Simon Brett, really liked the Mrs Pargeter series - read those? This is a great website for finding out the order of books (very important) in a series for almost every writer on the planet - Simon Brett

Oooh great, thanks for link Susie. One of my favorite things to do is on a sunny warm day sitting in the garden with a glass of wine and reading a good book. In Scotland these days are few and far between. Will look for Mrs. Pargeter think I may have read one years ago. x

If I have wine it makes me sleepy! Lol
