Cokes- back to it

Morning Rach, good luck today love

Hey chick... hope all goes well. x

Today? No it's next week on Thursday the camera. Feeling a bit wound up about it now though. I know it'll be fine but I like getting things over and done when they are unplesant.

This morning was nice, the sun popped up so I've been in the garden and started a new book. I've got quite far. I stayed out til 2 when it was cloudy and thought I'd best get the pooches out. Of course it chucked it down, still is, complete with thunder and lightning so the dogs weren't impressed and stayed very close to me during every rumble. I'm now sat in my dressing gown getting dry, but I have to go out again soon so hoping the rain gets lost. Hope everyone is lovely and dry x

It really chucked it down here about 4:30 this afternoon but the evening has been quite sunny - very warm and humid though - phew! Hope your second trip out was a bit drier Rach xx

Morning Rache, it's warm here as well, yesterday was boiling, we have heavy rain forecast for all day tomorrow though.

Morning all. Nice and hot here today

Weighed in yesterday and lost a pound which I was surprised at as since Monday when I started those tablets I haven't really been in ketosis. Maybe its just too many tablets with sugars I don't know. So feeling depressed yesterday I scoffed a load of chips which I'm sure really helped.

I go to see a preassessment nurse tomorrow. I think they'll just want to weigh me etc before the procedure next week and give me the laxative stuff to drink the day before. Great eh?

As I'm not in ketosis I'm feeling crappy, so I've just been pottering. I have been reading in the garden alot when the weather allows and my tan is developing nicely so thats a plus.

Hope everyone is ok x

Good luck with it Rach! You've done really well to have lost when there's so much going on! Take care and it will soon be over and you'll be back on the losing side before you know it! X :)

Morning Rach. Well done on the pound:)
Sorry you have to go in for procedure and hope plenty of distractions while you are waiting!
Xxx

Morning Rach ')

Hi All! I know I'm telling myself off for knocking a pound and my wobble. I have decided to be good again  I know I will get knocked out again on wednesday with the lax drinks but theres no point in damaging what I've already done. I've just been a misery these past few days and I shouldn't be so I'm back on the positive side.

Me and John took the dogs to Plessey Woods last night. I think its about 2 miles the whole way around. It takes us an hour but that is because we stop for ages while the dogs have a swim. Basically we follow the river that runs through the woods so the dogs are constantly in the water. They get so excited pulling up Bruno got himself out of his harness to make a run for it when I opened the car door, I grabbed him but keeping hold of an almost 5st over excited Lab is quite tough. They met loads of dogs and played chase. It was lovely sitting on the river bank watching them. We have to take them more often. A lovely evening that only cost 1.20 in parking, and a little bit in a voluntary donation. Well worth it. The woods are always kept tidy and the paths are good and well marked.

Today I didn't get up til 10  and its peeing down as I imagine it will be everywhere. The dogs are quite happy sleeping as they can hear the rain. I'm hoping it eases off soon to take them out. Good job that I bought some new wellies yesterday! They will be getting christened today

I got caught out in thunderstorm this morning with Finn, he doesn't care about crashing and banging but I bloody hate it!!! Back indoors sharpish for me. Your walk last night sounds idyllic xx

It was Bren, it was lush. I'm really lucky to live near such a great place. I too braved the torrential rain earlier, got blooming soaked as well. But before I went I thought I would try on a coat I bought ages ago that was too small, and I got it on and zipped up! Bit tight around the boobs but that'll change. My mood really has shifted as I just been on the treadmill for the first time in days and I feel so much better. Still wish it was next weekend and all the hospital stuff was over with but it'll pass soon I guess.
I have made up my new running chart so I have no excuse not to excersise now
