Constantly dizzy- back from the wilderness

I'm trying to build some that will withstand the pressure of working in the North. But at the moment, the namby pamby Southern ones are all I have to work with, I'm afraid.

The moves are cool, though!

Oh, and did I mention the stick twirling?

Stick twirling?? now theres summat you've been keeping quiet

Now don't be doing yourself a mischief! but I do appreciate the effort you're going to-supporting the yorkshire pudding in your special way

My way is always special, Dizz. My mum told me...

And doesn't all of the flipping from my thread to yours that we're doing today make you, well, constantly dizzy?

I promised my consultant at group that I would be good(ish) But I would sample some of Belgiums finest (well it would be rude not to :)) but I wouldnt put temptation in my sight by bringing any back :angel:cigs dont count of course;)

EE day today - a bit strange as brekkie was early & lunch was late due to :9529:

todays menu

Brekki activia yog & banana

Lunch chicken, cous cous, tom, cucumber, onion, yog & mint sauce. plum

Tea Im thinking about maybe trying the Quorn chicken style pieces & making them into a curry? Ive got a jar of pataks rogan josh paste in the fridge that OH got so I might use a couple of syns for a tablespoon of that. the superfree bit will be onions & peppers.

HEA milk for teas HEB fibre plus

syns 2 for curry paste not sure what else...I really want to be as low syn as poss between now and sunday night (ready for Bruges' Beer & choc sampling )

went to morrisons before hosp, bought 20 boxes of fibre plus bars :D:giggle:while they were on BOGOF.

Also did a bit more impulse buying :sigh: they were showing some items at class last night - one of them was Ainsley Harriet Lentil Dahl (free on EE & Green) never had dahl.....not sure what to have with it but thought heck if its free I'l give it a try......trouble is I've got a cupboard full of stuff that I keep buying and havent tried yet

Did stock up on some nice fruit tho as I was getting a bit bored with satsumas, so ive got plums, pears, apples to see me over the weekend....and enough to take with me to snack on (see I am 'thinking' about trying to be good)

Well I discovered today my strange rash is infected follicles so on antibiotics. All because I have been wearing a hat to keep my head warm! Lol last year I had short hair so didn't have the same prob as I have long hair now.

Anyway you spurred me on and I nagged him about my m.e and vertigo so he gonna refer me to a specialist in Bath who I heard good things about! Also he running more blood tests. So, progress!

Oh Im glad you've pushed to get something done hunni......you cant go on indefinateley like you are :( Its like living in a waking nightmare waiting for the next spin to happen - or the next drop attack :sigh:
I was really at the end of my tether with it when I Opted for the destructive surgery as a last attempt to give me some quality of life back, but you have to make sure you get a Doc/consultant that LISTENS to you  at least your Doc now is prepared to refer you instead of just leaving you in limbo :) x x
