Busy Day today.
Just back from Physio....called in at Asda(before Physio just in case I felt too sick after lol) to stock up on 2 for £3 melons, mushy peas & beans....Im superspeeding this week! OH is slightly concerned as he knows the effects mushy peas have on me
Its mighty windy out there (without the Mushy peas LMAO)....I had all on keeping on my feet
and Im glad to be back inside, My Hometown topped the charts yesterday & today with the windpeeds on the news (funny that were getting in the news loads lately for the weather...we had the most rainfall in one day not long back, and the most snow in one day - well thats my claim to fame for the year

Well WI was a lot better than I could have wished for. A 1lb loss

) but I guess staying on plan the rest of the time paid off
so it was big whoop whoops when I got on the scales with my very helpful friends who get ready to grab back hold of me as soon as the scales register so I dont fall on my Aris
Im on a mission this week to superspeed it up as much as poss to get my 2 stone shiney before my hols.
