Hi Roch,

The AAM amounts are on page 10 of your sole source booklet.

You stay in ketosis on AAM and 790 but not on 1000. You need to be under 790 to be in ketosis.

Weightloss on 790 is almost identical as SS and I have several ladies losing 1stone per month using the 790 programme.

If you do not have a SS booklet email me and I will scan you one over.

Hi Roch

Good luck, hope your blood sugars behave for you and you are able to stick to your plan.

You said you would have 2 packs and a meal, I'm sure somebody better qualified than me will correct me if I'm wrong but I thought you should always have 3 packs plus AAM? Maybe also you should split your packs and that way would be able to 'eat' more frequently to help the blood sugars.

I remember somebody (Icemoose?) saying that 1000 cal plan was harder than 790 as he felt hungry as came out of ketosis but again I might be wrong.

Anyhow, just thought you should check things out with your CDC or Doc about the number of packs.

I AM SO FRIGGIN ANGRY 5 BASTARDS JUST ROBBED AARON IN THE STREET !!!!!

Aaron went out with his friends to the cinema and pitza hut for his friends birthday,they got on the bus and a group of kids sat behind them and were mouthing it off on the bus when they got off the bus the kids threatened to bottle Aaron if he did not hand over his phone,they took 2 mobiles off him and ran off.
He came in and was so schocked we called the police and within 5 mins the CID were here and they took Aaron to the place to see if they could see them,of course they were gone,they are now going to email the bus company and ask them to check the bus video to see if they can identify the kids.
Thank god he was not hurt and that is the most important thing.
I feel so sick and angry.!!!
 
OMG! That's horrible isn't it. It's happened with both my boys. (4 times with the eldest).

Makes me so mad!!

what an awful thing to happen.... glad Aarron wasn't physically hurt, but bet he's shaken....

Hopefuly the video on the bus was working...
 
Thanks Cheb and Geri,only the other day i had a convo with Aaron about this kind of thing as his friend was robbed the other day and Aaron said he would not hand his phones over and i told him that he was wrong and to hand them over no matter what.
He was very scared when they threatened to bottle him thats when he handed them over.
 
He's right. You should hand them over. Must admit my 19 yr old fought back last time. He's such a gentle creature...couldn't believe it!

Tackled four of them and they ran away.

Morning well Aaron is still fast asleep have told him to take the day of school today as we were up till 1.30 am last night. Just looking at him last night even just b4 we went to bed he was still so shook up and he said mum i was going to run but as he hurt his legs a few days ago whilst running during basketball at school he could not run away from them.

I just thank god that he was not hurt,and that is the most important thing.This is the 2nd time he has been robbed.
I have told him from now on once it is dark even at 7.00pm he is not allowed on the street even with a group of friends.
When i buy a new car in Jan i told him that anywhere he needs to go i will pick him up,will be buying a 7 seater as i am going to do minicabbing till Aaron finishes school in 2 yrs time so will have plenty of soace for him and his friends.
Also am going to enroll his in self defence classes again that will have to wait till jan till i have a car to pick him up then at least i will feel a bit happier knowing that he could defend himself a big better.
Anyway he is ok just upset and thats the main thing.

Well the last 2 days i have been cutting out all carbs and my blood sugars are fine completely stable.
Today i am starting back on cd going to have my tetras and to tell u the truth am not 2 sure if i am going to do aam or 1000 will wait and see how u feel.

Oh Roch, I am so sorry, what a terrible experience for you both. Thank God he is fine and that he had the good sense to hand over the phone. It is awful though as he will feel nervous for a while now.
Well done on not letting this effect your diet plans, it just shows how determined you are. Good Girl - proud of you!

Roch he is very lucky to have a mum like you who will do anything in her power to prevent this happening to him again. Good for you!!
