Hello all, so happy I wi yesterday because TOTM arrived this morning and a scale jump with it, think I'd have gained 1-1.5lb otherwise. Hoping it'll still be ok for next wi.
Glad the work week is over and I'm off now for 2 days. Were relaxing tonight, Saturday going to wolves to visit the folks then on Sunday its Rowan's christening at 12.30 but then we've a birthday meal that night on Sunday. Unfortunately its in another part of Manchester so we'll be clocking up the miles too. I should've said no to the birthday meal but Brett said yes immediately so were doing both.

Food wise I was going to fill up at the christening so we wouldn't need a tea but I'll just have to see how it goes really and make good choices. The good news is Thursday is my last wi before we go on holiday so I'm wanting a good loss which will keep me motivated over the rest of the week. Just got to fight the cravings that comes with TOTM!!

Thanks Jen its going to be nice but busy. I've eaten a lot of food today, as I was very hungry

Anyway food today is EE:-

B = fruit salad,

S = banana & cherries

L = chicken & egg salad with mayo (1), yogurt & banana

S = hi fi salted caramel (b)

D = jacket with cheese & beans & veggies (carrots, broccoli, cauliflower) some of Brett's pizza crust (4)

A = tinned apple (2) yogurt

Total syns = 7

Good evening :)

Just a flying visit as I know its late. Been a very busy bee this weekend and I'm not sure where I'm up to syn wise. Plan hasn't gone well that's for sure and I've not gone on holiday yet! Little bit annoyed with myself really but never mind. I may or may not bother with wi this week but want to go back to normal from tomorrow, then see how I go.
Apart from food the weekend has been lovely so can't moan really spent it family on Saturday and good friends today. Rowan looked so cute with his little dickie bow!

Anyway didn't take many pics sorry! Will do when back in track.

Ah cookie sometimes you need to enjoy life and not worry about the plan. Glad you had a good weekend.
 
Awwwwww don't beat yourself up about being off track, we all do it, I took hexb's on holiday with me, but didn't have then as a hex had them as a snack!!! We had beer at lunch & wine in the evening which is standard for my hols, but my meals really weren't on any SW plan I know!!!! The way I deal with it is knowing I'm now back on the SW wagon & will loose those extra lbs I've bound to have gained, don't worry you'll be back to normal soon!!!! xx
 
Aww thank you ladies, I am struggling to get my head back in the SW way. My mind has decided it's already gone on holiday ~ it likely I will just wi when I get back

I'm in work today and tomorrow although I'm trying to get Wednesday off as I've loads of jobs that need doing and could do with a rest, I've not been sleeping well at all for some strange reason. Was a very busy bee last night had and think tonight will be the same I'm trying to think what I've eaten yesterday, ah yes I remember here it is
Monday EE:-

B = fruit salad & banana

L = turkey & egg salad, yogurt & butternut squash

S = ryvita minis (b) & fruit

D = chicken (1.5) broccoli, cauliflower, sprouts, butternut squash, gravy (1.5) potato

A = hi fi salted caramel (6) latte (a) & yogurt

Total is 9 but I think I've missed something eek! Oh mayo (1)

Actually I think it was an SE day yesterday, I just found my notes so maybe not as off track as I thought

Today I'm having an EE day:-

B = fruit salad

L = turkey & egg salad with mayo (1), fruit & yogurt

S = don't know yet,

D = lamb & veg soup with pumpkin & 1/2 a dumpling (3)

A = don't know yet

At least it some sort of plan ~ finding it hard to plan ahead but not giving up! maybe it'll be a hi fi bar as I've got loads in and probably some crisps or ryvita minis again I'm not too sure xx
 
Evening lovely - hope your ok.

This losing weight malarkey isnt easy eh! Just remember how far you have come and how well you have done, so whilst you may feel like you have totally lost track just have another good look at your choices .... subconciously you are still making wiser choices than before SW so be proud of yourself ((big hugs)) xx
