Cookie's diary to be joyously slim

Good afternoon :)

Well at wi I gained 1.5lbs, not happy but well deserved to be honest. Tuesdays meal was too big so at least I know at this close to target I can't get away with it.

Anyway after being at group I'm feeling up for a better week and I'm going to do success express for a few days.
I'm also keeping syns to 10 and under each day too. So let see if I can get a big loss next week.

Also Brett bought me two sun newspapers so we've got £10 of free fruit & veg to buy so no excuses. I do have two meals out this week but to be honest I'm not worried about it I can work them in the plan like I normally do.

So Thursdays food was SE:-

B = satsuma

L = jacket with cheese & beans, huge salad, fruit & yogurt

S = 28 pistachios, plum & doughnut peach, space raiders (3)

D = salmon fillet, tiny rice (0.5) roasted veg & fresh spinach leaves, rocky road hi fi (3)

A = fruit, yogurt, peanut hi fi bar,

A = cheese
B = pistachios & peanut hi fi

Felt like a lot of food so will reduce a bit
Total syns = 6.5 :)

Today is SE:-

B = banana & satsuma

L = chicken & egg salad with extra butternut squash, mayo (1), fruit & yogurt.

At work :-

S = Ryvita minis, doughnut peach & melon, latte?

D = chicken, Moroccan couscous (3) roasted veg, butternut squash, cheese?

A = fruit, yogurt, peanut hi fi, viscount biscuit (4)

Total syns = 7
A = cheese & milk
B = Ryvita & peanut hi fi

Working until 1am but think I've got plenty to eat to keep me on plan :)

Hi cookie, sorry about the gain. Food looks yummy just a point though you have to syn things as though they are on the higher day. I.e the rice and the Cous Cous need to be synned as though they are in the red day. Sorry if you have already done this. Hope work doesn't drag

Oh Cookie, I'm so sorry you're disappointed with your loss. At least you know where it came from and it's obviously given you fabulous motivation for the week ahead. Your SE meals are so inspiring! Loving all the colours and variety. A good loss is def on the cards for you next week :) xx

Oh my thank you Jen, i hadn't gone that, the sainsburys morrocan couscous salad is 20.5 syns per 200g on original. Thankfully I only had 50g so that's 5 syns - phew

I'll make sure I follow it properly but thanks again ease keep a check got me xxx

So I'm still on duty but not long to go I've eaten snacks :-

Due to eating late I only had one of each hex's
A = baby bel cheese x2
B = ryvita minis

Also my syns are increased to 9 as I had a rocky road hi fi light for 3 syns instead of the viscount biscuit for 4 or can I still count the hi fi as hex b if I've not had a full one? Either way I'm within my planned 10 syns limit so feel very happy.

Ooh last jour and 7 mins to go :)

Hi cookie sorry about the gain hun that makes 2 of us this week mine was 2 on! Like you I know why so I'm battling to get a loss this week. I'm doing tone house top to bottom today so that's gotta be good body magic right? Lol I'm also trying to be good food wise. Tomorrow is the baby shower so will try to be as good as I can but I'll still have 3 full days after that to be on plan x your already slim chick and not far to target now so se should give you a good kick start to getting those last few lbs off x

Good morning ladies :)

I didn't realise the four of us has had a gain this week, we'll have to make sure we turn it around for next wi won't we?
Yesterday I booked my late shift off and spent time with my folks in Wolverhampton. Had a lovely time and whilst my dad's arthritis is playing havoc he's still in good spirits. Mum was doing well though. :)

Food wise I was just on plan it was EE:-
B = egg, beans, mushrooms, tomato & bacon, banana
L = fruit & yogurt, latte (a)
S = berries & peanut hi fi (b)
D = mums soup, lamb, potato, carrots, onions, 1/2 a dumpling (3), small breadfruit (2.5), corn
A = salted caramel hi fi (6)

Total syns = 11.5. I'm over my 10 as I forgot I'd already had my hex b, oops but I did enjoy it.
When we went out for a cuppa, Brett had a gorgeous slice of carrot cake, I didn't even have a crumb yay! :)


So today it is lashing it down with rain, were still in bed but heading out to spend our 2nd £5 voucher at Morrions and I'm thinking of having soup for lunches this week maybe for a change from the usual salad. Maybe a couple of mugshots?
Planning an SE day but I fancy a cooked breakfast like yesterday, fruit for lunch then chicken and veggies for tea, if its not looking 2/3 super free then it'll be an EE day.
I'm just having a banana & a cup of tea now while I ponder.

Hello all :)

After a rather wet Sunday we had a sunny start to the day but it looks like its raining again now. Didn't do much at all, got a few groceries and some chores. We went out for a cooked breakfast but that was after 12 so technically lunch and then I cooked tea. Anyway Sundays food had planned for it to be SE but not enough super free at breakfast so it was an EE day:-

B = banana & tea

L = cooked breakfast with toast (b), then melon

S = none

D = mums chicken (4), butternut squash, sprouts, carrots, peas, broccoli, cauliflower, gravy (1.5)

A = fruit salad & yogurt, freddo (5)

Total syns = 10.5 so over again but I enjoyed my food today.
