Thank you I was very determined this week, and it paid off. At wi yesterday I lost 2.5lbs :)
6lbs to go. Planning another SE day today
B = fruit salad, banana & yogurt
L = egg & butternut squash salad
S = fruit
D = bolognaise on bulgar wheat, carrots, broccoli, butternut squash, spinach
A = not sure

Hex a = cheese & milk
Hex b = pistachios?

Late again but that's shifts work for you. I'm glad to be home and off the weekend too. :) Thank you so much for your comments about my wi, I was very happy with my result. I'm doing all I can to stay on plan this week so fingers crossed.

Today's food was lovely, I've had another SE day, but I'm doing EE this weekend as I'm out at a friends for a baby shower that she says isn't a baby shower (she's having twins one of each due end November ~ I've suggested she call them Noah Ark and Daisy Duke Clinton, what do you think?)

H is doing a buffet and so I'm going to attend on a full belly ~ I did say to her though that I will have already eaten so won't be hungry so we'll see if I can stick to it. I've asked her for some fruit but will bring some stuff with me to keep me good.

So its possible out for a cooked brekkie like last Sunday
Fruit for snacks at H's party ~
Salmon salad out for tea, or fish, mash & veg at home.

On Sunday we've got an all you can eat buffet meal at a Turkish restaurant. I've never been but I'm assuming it'll be a lot of grilled meats, salad and rice which should be ok. I'll have to google the restaurant to make sure. That's at 2pm and I'm hoping that will be a healthy option. Maybe a red day for Sunday and omit any rice / potatoes and stick to salads?

Then probably do one more SE day in the week. Anyway I know I'm rabbiting but today's food is below:-
SE day:-

B = banana, strawbs, melon, grapes, yogurt

L = egg & butternut squash salad 2 blue cheese light triangles, (a) mayo (1.5), doughnut peach

S = none

D = bolognaise, small bulgar wheat, carrots, brocccoli, spinach, butternut squash again

A = fruit salad, (as brekkie with blueb, mango, pineapple) yogurt, salted caramel hi fi

Supper = pistachios & freddo (6)

Total syns = 7.5
Hex a = milk / cheese
Hex b = pistachios / hi fi bar

Hello :)

Today I've had a lovely day off. Nice lie in followed by breakfast, shopping then to my friend H's party. It wasn't a baby shower at all it was just a girlie get together, nearly everyone there have all had one or more children by IVF. One had twins, one triplets can you imagine? They were really lovely girls too.

I brought some wine, fizz, crisps and a fresh fruit platter with me and ate not too bad at all. I changed to an SE day too. yesterday so I think I'm balanced out :)

Food is SE:-

B = pineapple, egg, bacon, beans, mushrooms, tomatoes, banana 1/2 slice dry toast (1.5)

L = salad with mayo (1.5) fruit salad. I had 3 bowls of each at the party. :)

S = latte, hi fi light rocky road (b) crisps (7)

D = mugshot, carrots, broccoli, spinach, corn, 2 plums, cheese

A = peanut hi fi (b) tinned apple (3), yogurt,

Total syns = 13

Just a little over my planned 10 but I was under yesterday so I should balance out. The crisps I ate at home too as Brett was nibbling and he didn't slap my hand away like he suppose to ggrrrr!

Hello :)

We've been out to lunch at a Turkish restaurant called Efes it was an all you can eat buffet! My sister Denise joined Brett and I as I've not seen her in ages and we had lots to catch up on. I was apprehensive about the restaurant but I needn't be as it was lovely inside. Staff were good and the food was delicious.

I made good choices whilst there but I did eat more than I should've I had two platefuls and afters, wish I'd have taken photos but Brett isn't that keen when were out and I didn't want to spoil a good day. We also made some plans about our house, I fancy moving but Brett doesn't so were staying put but were making changes as at present my home doesn't reflect my style and personality. Denise is a designer and very artistic and has helped me on ideas. At present our dining room and living room is split and I want it knocking down to create one large space as we hardly ever use the dining room. I've just placed the job with rated people.com so hopefully some builders will get in touch and we can look at costs / timescales so I'll let you know.

Anyway food is EE:-

B = 3 doughnut peaches

L = Efes buffet ~ salad, pasta with chicken, grilled chicken, beef kofta balls x2, roast beef, chickpeas in tomato, mushrooms, stuffed vine leaf. Then I had melon, strawberries and cake squares x2

I avoided anything that was cheesy or creamy so no moussaka, cannelloni, lasagne, etc.. :)

S = none

D = none so far still full but if I get hungry it'll be pineapple & raspberries, milky drink

Total syns = guessing 21, (15 for the cake, and 6 for the meal)
Hex a = milk
Hex b = oil for the buffet

I'll be strict from now in though as want to make sure I get a loss this week :)

Good evening :)

How's everyone today. I've done my first of 5 early shifts this week and its a nice change feels like its just been late shifts after even later shifts so I'm happy especially as it's been a pooey day. We're short staffed blah blah blah!

Re the house plans, not had any contact so far from any builders but hopefully they'll be some soon. My friends husband is a plasterer so she's going to ask him as he'll probably know someone so fingers crossed. It's all very exciting. Xx
