Good morning ladies
I hope everyone is well. I'm ok I had some bad news in work yesterday and I got quite upset, I'm not allowed to share it on here yet though but I will do when I can.
I'm in work on a 12-10pm instead of my usual 2-12 as I've a community event in Chorlton, I think it's suppose to include some line dancing but I'll know more once I get there. A nice light hearted day is just what I need.
Food wise I'm sticking to my plan with the addition of 4 prawn crackers last night should take me to around 6.5-7 Syns although I was a bit hungry when I got in, had a sneaky grape as it was gone midnight and too late to eat for me.
Plan is Green:- just for a change
Breakfast = scrambled eggs, bean, tomato, mushrooms, banana & satsuma (see I was hungry)
Lunch = tomato & herb mugshot & salad, cheese (a)
Snack = berries pot, 2x lotus biscuits (4)
Dinner = vegetable soup (2) still mums soup but no meat left!
Afters = hi fi or scan bran buns & melon,
Hea = cheese
Heb = hi fi or scan bran or both as its a green day yay!
