Hello I'm back, thank you very much for the soup recipe, i have all the ingredients in except the stock pot so I'll use a couple of oxo's instead. The BF's going to chop up the veggies for me ready to cook when I get back from Wolverhampton tomorrow night so i can have it for lunch on Sunday and he said he'll make me a salad in the morning to eat on our way down or at the hospital as we've some left over salmon. mind you I could just do it myself tonight but he does make a lovely salad. I'll bring a big bottle of water too and a couple of hi fi bars, I'm getting nervous for her but I'll let you know how it goes xxx
