Thank yo u ladies, very happy with my loss, onwards and downwards. Next week is my last wi before holiday so I'm really hoping to lose weight 2lbs would be fantastic but any will do. Today's food has been Green :-
B = fruit salad & yogurt
L = vegetable curry mixed in golden veg soup left overs, it was really nice & filling, pineapple & yogurt
S = banana & hi fi light bar (1/2 hex b)
D = jacket potato, cheese (hex a) & beans, tomatoes & cucumber. 1/2 slice cheese & tomato pizza (4)?
A = slice of scan bran cake (2 & hex b), latte (hex a2)
Total syns = 6 its a bit low but I've still got the weekend to go so I'm happy
