Hello, I'm very happy to day that work is finished now for 3 lovely days off 
I'm home, I've wrapped up some Christmas presents and I'll do a bit more wrapping tonight.
Food today is EE:-
B = fruit salad
L = salmon (2) & egg salad, vinegar, clementine & yogurt.
S = 1 x quality street toffee finger (2.5), hi fi light caramel (1/2 hex b), clementine
D = jacket potato, cheese (hex a), baked beans, salad
A = scan bran cake (1.25 & 1/4 hex b), fruit & yogurt 2 maltesers (1)
Total so far is almost 7 syns
May have something more later too xxx

Hello. I'm packed up and ready to go to Wolverhampton for Christmas. Brett's staying here to have Christmas with his kids this year so I've got a few goodies for him to take to them, and all there presents of course. Brett will drive down to my folks afterwards so I should see him around 5-6pm, yay! :
Anyway, this morning I weighed in at home as I couldn't wi last night and I'm not sure if I can weigh in on Friday (it'd be a gain anyway) so I was very happy to see I'm back under 10 weighing 9st 13lbs yay. I know its not official but I'm still a very very happy bunny.

Hello lovely minis, a belted happy Christmas Day and Happy Boxing Day. I'm back home and therefore back to the land of Internet access! Must get the folks on line I think.
I've had a really lovely Christmas, I've eaten, drank and eaten or and then I ate more, I'd like to day tht I regret it and feel all crap but if I'm honest, I feel great. I ate what I wanted when I wanted and found I didn't pig out as much as I thought, I still had my SW head on so had loads of veggies at dinner, fruit at breakfast and I thoroughly enjoyed my Xmas pudding and custard. I felt full but wasn't eating myself sick so pleased with that.
Back home now and were supposed to be having the left overs for tea tonight its all set up ready but neither of us fancy anything heavy so not sure whether to just have beans on toast. Brett can't decide, he's tense because his beloved Man City are playing Liverpool and can't eat or think when City's playing so we'll see.
Back on plan SW plan tomorrow. I think 2 days off to enjoy the festivities is more than reasonable and what ever the scales say tomorrow I'm happy with because I've had a great time.. Xxxxx

Sounds like you have had a good un so I wouldn't worry about 2 days off plan you are always so good!! Have some left over Christmas pud and brandy sauce calling from the cupboard and fridge! !!!

What a lovely positive post Cookie - sounds like you had a cracking time well done lovely. I made buffet stuff at about 3pm and told the boys to pick at it till bed time cos the kitchen is now closed until brekkie lol.
Im all bathed and pjs on ready for the soaps, ill watch the dale on +1 and record stenders ive not seen last nights yet eeekkk
Going spending tomorrow whoop - I want some new clothes that actually fit me so gonna see whats to be had in the sales

Thanks Geordie, as soon as the football has finished Brett will decide what he wants to eat, I'm getting hungry now though. Definetly have a big mince pie for my afters though mmmm xxx

That's a good Idea. I've been to the shops today at next I bought a lovely hooded cream cardigan half price £20 instead of £40 and a new lamp for the bedroom £10 instead of £26. Brett bought himself a new hat and I got my mum some slippers. It wasn't that busy either so you should b ok. Anything you fancy in particular? Xx
