Hello hello, hope everyone is well. Had a busy morning and got few bits done, I even managed a bit of exercise for the first time since 19/12. It was hard work too but I feel better after doing a little body magic.
Food today is Green:-
B = 2 clementines
L = subway salad veggie delite with cheese (hex a1), honey mustard dressing (1.5), egg & pasta
S = persimmon & hi fi light bar (1/2 hex b)
D = vegetable curry (0.5), pilau rice (0.5),
A = scan bran carrot cake (1/4 hex b + 1.5), fruit salad & yogurt.
Quite low syns so will pack a few extra snacks for work as want to eat around 10+ syns today
