Hello, New Year's Day tea was gorgeous best £2.00 spent in 2013. The gammon has done 4 teas with loads left over I keep nibbling it, its so good.
Anyway food today is EE:-
B = rice pudding, fruit salad & yogurt.
L = tomato speed soup, banana & clementine, 2 quality street toffee fingers (4)
D = roast gammon, sweet potato, sprouts, carrots, peas, broccoli, baby corn, butternut squash, 1/2 tesco Yorkshire pudding (0.5), gravy (1.5)
A = rice pudding again with fruit & yogurt.
Ive just realised I've not had my hex b or a so I'll have either a latte & hi fi bars or piece of toast.
Better than I thought really xx
Good evening all, I'm home and bathed feel fresh as a daisy now. Work felt hard today, everyone looked shattered. Anyway I wi and I lost 2.5lbs yay! :clap: I'm hoping by next week all of my Xmas gain will have gone but for now it feels good! Hows everyone? Xx
