It was lovely. I'm going to have to write out what I've actually eaten as plan has changed somewhat! I'll do it in a bit. :)
 
Right then I need to re-write my food so I can see where I'm upto

Today is Green:-
B = rice pudding, fruit salad & yogurt.
L = spaghetti in tomato sauce with peppers, onion, mushrooms, cheese (hex a) & 1 beef meatball (4), fruit salad & yogurt
S = persimmon & hi fi bar (hex b), 9 oddities bits (2)?
D = jacket potato, cheese (hex a), baked beans, mushrooms, courgettes
A = scan bran carrot cake (2), fruit salad, yogurt, toffee finger (2) & hi fi bars (hex b)

Total syns is about = 10, so only 5 save for my meal out which has changed to tomorrow night from Sunday but I think I've got about 4 or 5 left from yesterday to giving me around 24 syns for tomorrow night.

I think I'll be ok, I resisted all the cakes, cookies & crisps so not bad at all I think :):)
 
The rice pudd is addictive isnt it lol I need another bag ive none left boooo

Tomorrows brekkie is beef tomato with baked egg inside and a dash of worcester sauce, large mushroom stuffed with chopped bacon and mushrooms and melted cheese, beans and toast too mmmmmmmmm
 
Mmmm now that sounds quite delicious, I think I can pop in your for a little brekkie. I do enjoy the rice pudding though i could eat it for breakfast and pudding, mmm
I've got one portion left for tomorrow, one slice of scan bran cake left too. I may have to use tomorrow as a catch up batch cooking day, or Sunday maybe? Xx
 
Your welcome to hun id give you hubbys tomato lol he can have toast hehe.

I often have the pudding for brekkie with fruit and sometimes a little jam too nom nom
 
Good morning, I slept in until around 8.30 and spilt tea in bed :booboo: so I've had to strip the bed to allow the mattress to dry out!

On the plus side, Brett decided to drive himself as I don't need the car today and I've already made some rice pudding for the next two or three days and now I'm sat on butt, reading my new SW magazine to plan our meals for the rest of the week. We'll do shopping tomorrow and hopefully have another good weight loss this week.

grrrrrrrrrrrrrr to spilt tea, thing is you'll have to make up the bed later today & it'll be almost bed time, making up a bed is never fun but not when you'll be tired, yay to not having to drive, that'll give you extra time to do whatever:D

I'm trying to print off my calendar for work & home & the feckin printer is playing up, grrrrrrrrrr, 'cause I'm wasting ink & photo paper!!!
 
Hello I'm still sat on my butt, but I have done a little body magic for 35 mins so not too bad.
Food wise I'm EE:-
B = rice pudding, yogurt & fruit salad
L = Tomato speed soup, melon & grapes, yogurt.
S = not sure yet
D = meal out planning on having the carvery roast dinner and I've got my full days syns & both my hex's to use. If I eat what I had on Tuesday I should be around 7 syns, then I could use the rest of syns on some snacks.

Haha, what I mean is that I got off the sofa, rolled back the rug and did a fitness DVD, then once I showered I went back to sitting. I just re read my post I'm so daft! :)

Anyway were back from having tea out, it was gorgeous, syn wise I ate a 1/3 of the Yorkshire pudding, the smash had some cheese on it and i had less cranberry sauce. On Tuesday I counted the meal as 7, tonight I'll count it as 10 (for the extra bit of Yorkshire pudding) and then the cheese as my hex a. This time i didn't bother picking up any roast potatoes as they looked shiny which means oily doesn't it.

Food wise I've added the following:-
S = honey dew melon & small bite of BF's shortcake biscuit (2)
D = roast turkey & gammon, 1/3 York pud, stuffing ball, carrots & swede mash, green beans, sprouts, cauliflower, mushy peas, cheese mash, 2 new potatoes, onion gravy, 1tsp cranberry sauce. (10)
A = I'll use my hex b for 2 hi fi rocky road bars or 1 Xmas pudding hi fi bar after my bath.

Total syns so far is 12
I might have a hot chocolate before bed for (2) making it 14 for the day. :)
 
Thank you I enjoyed it, I've enjoyed everything I've eaten today. The PF came to see me at the pub, I felt her presence but I had to fight with her to hold off until I got home, ibdont think she enjoyed being held up but it couldn't be helped, Brett drove home very quickly!...

Is it wrong that I'm giggling a little?? Kev won't poop in public either... When I need to go, I need to go wherever I am! :eek:
