Corkscrews Cruise to the Curves :)

I haven't actually seen the shred, but heard about it on othe threads and tbh doesn't sound like fun or anything that I think I would enjoy doing :( so good luck and will probably have a giggle, when you say how sore and stiff you are feeling :) I'm a true friend......... :8855:

:8855: well you'd be no fun if you didn't laugh at me! lol I don't think I will enjoy it either Lollipop, but I live in hope that after the first 3 days are over with, I might start enjoying it?!?!?!?! LOL

I keep telling myself that 30 mins each day WILL NOT KILL ME, and it really isn't that long to suffer is it??? :D lol

I'll remind you of that when you are suffering and can't walk!!!!! :8855: bet 30 mins then will seem a lifetime :D Wish I could be a fly on the wall at that point, but knowing you, you would swat me flat!!!!!! :8855:

Well....................I still haven't done it yet  :8855:

I don't know where I can fit it in! lol

I'm up at 6, I have a caffeine fix, walk the dogs for an hour, come back faff in the kitchen doing my lunch box and part prepping mi dinner. I have another little caffeine fix, and at 7.45 I get in the shower and start getting ready for work. I leave the house at 8.30. Soooooo unless I get up earlie (which is NOT happening! lol) I can't fit it in before work.....

Then........I get home from work at about 5.30, get changed and walk the dogs for an hour. I get back, absolutley starving marvin, faff in the kitchen, feed the dogs, do a couple of chores, like ya do. lol I make and eat mi dinner, tidy the kitchen etc by which time it's like now.....almost 8pm!! I'm still full of dinner and I'm ready for a sit down and a chill out. I can't do the shred on a full stomach and I can't do it while I'm sat chillin' and I'm too flipping tired to care!! :8855:

Yeah but walking only does my legs and my legs have never been fat! lol Maybe I should walk on my hands :8855:

Are you out of breath when your walking corks, any movement where your out f breath and heart beating faster is weight loss - granted it won't tone some areas and will just be your legs

I am the same as you - do about the same as you bar a shower in the morning cause I'm a smelly cow and drive an hour to work - not back till after 6 thn it's cooking and shower - I just can't fit much else in! Weekends I guess? Bah but their for being lazy lol

And it's the 30 day shred, not the 2 days out of 7 shred! lol

Oh and I forgot to mention my evening bath! lol

I sometimes get out of breath Ems, but it depends on how co-operative the dogs are being really. If they're in dawdle mode, then so am I. It's hilly where I live though, so I get a couple of steep and breathless hills in each day so I suppose it's ok(ish) :D

I know I'm sat here posting and doing nowt atm, but I've earned a rest! LOL

I'm a bit like you, up at 6, in shower, get ready for work, breakfast, let the dogs into the back garden and leave for work at 6.50, arrive at work at 7.30 and work til 4, get home at 4.50ish - now I used to walk the dogs for an hour at this point, then do tea, then at bout 7.30 do an hour of zumba, but since last year I've had problems with tendonitis and bursitis that seems to be taking its time to heal and the longer you go without exercise the less you want to do it..............keep thinking I will give zumba another go and test out the foot, but that seems to be as far as I go :(.........................I agree tho, if you are doing 2hrs walking a day, then you are getting enough exercise :) May be you would be better to wave the kettlebell around a bit................just remember to hold on to it tightly or you may have some new features in your home :8855:

Lets face it Lollipop, we're just too flipping busy to be throwing ourselves about! lol We need to pack work in and be ladies of leisure :D

Oh and trust you to mention the kettlebells! lol Another one of my many ornaments! :8855:

Mmmmmm Zumba........that could be the next thing I say I'm gonna try, and then don't :8855:

I've got a kettlebell here that you could have then you would have a matching pair...................:8855:

That's a very kind offer Lollipop, but I think you should keep it :D I mean, if you get rid of it what will you trip over........and dust........and use as an ornament? :8855:

Your life would be empty without it ....... lol

But I was being a good friend and was willing to sacrifice myself and give up my kettlebell ................... as I thought your need was greater than mine? ..................honestly, just say the word and its yours :):D

I couldn't! I really couldn't! I couldn't let you make such a sacrifice, I couldn't live with the guilt! :(:8855:

:8855: I laughed my head off! What a bunch of twonks they were! LOL

I don't know where they get these so called apprentices from - most of them are just all mouth and ego, and no brains! lol

mmmmmmm me thinks I am missing something here, by not watching said programme :( Certainly sounds like I missed a giggle or two anyway :( Hope you have a great day LC xx

You're missing bugger all really LP, just a bunch of ego making prats of themselves which I'm sure you can witness everyday of the week at work! :8855:
