Breakfast number 2 (told you I was hungry! lol)

Red Onion
Actifried in fry light with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar (twas lush)
Baked beans
Lunch
Tango chicken (that I didn't have yesterday)
LF noodles
Dinner
dunno yet....will update when I've had a think
Syns = dunno yet
Snacks - dunno yet lol
Hey - food looks great - making me
Hungry though - time for lunch I think!

Here you go Rozie chops......
Chicken
red pepper chopped chunky
onion chopped chunky
fresh pineapple (or tinned using Hexb or syns)
can of diet Tango/Fanta, whichever one you have
1 beef stock cube
8 tbsps of passata
fresh chillies (or dried flakes if you don't have fresh)
Fry the chicken in fry light for a few mins
add the onion and pepper
cook for a few mins more
mix the passata, chillies, tango and crumbled stock cube together
and pour into the pan with the rest of the ingredients.
Let it bubble until the liquid has reduced
chuck the pineapples in at the end and allow them to warm through but not cook (syns in cooked fruit pah! lol)
Voila! Done!
Serve with whatever you fancy.......noodles, rice......
I like lots of juice so I didn't reduce mine very much - i used 2 tsps of cornflour to thicken it. (syned of course YUMS
Easy and quick to make. Very yummy 10/10 lol
