Wow, you lot are amazing
I'm so inspired that I will be taking this up after the half-term. During the half-term I will continue my walking.
Can anyone recommend some reasonably priced, reasonably decent trainers? I know a brand new pair is the not the best way to start but I don't like trainers as everyday footwear so don't possess any.
Well Done everyone
I'm (just) past mid way now
I ran last night and hated every damn minute of it! my legs felt like lead and I was so slow. Not sure what was wrong but it is the 1st time I have felt like that :sigh:
Just completed W2D1! Also took my hubby along, and he completed W1D1. First time we've ever exercised together.
Legs (just below my knees) are really sore - could this be my shoes? Or just normal?
Anyway, actually felt good doing the slightly longer run with longer walks between. Happy bunny
Hi I just wondered if anybody can offer me some advice, I just can't seem to get passed week 6, I've been on it for almost 3 weeks and don't seem to be making any process...Does it get easier?

Well done sweet pink! Same stage as me! How are your knees... ?
Sofartogo - I was looking at a program called pooch to 5k, I was thinking about taking one of my Jack Russell dogs out with me. She isnt 1 year old until July so I might wait until then. It seems to follow the human plan which will be strange to go back to 1 min walk, 1 min run etc
Well done sweet pink!
I'm officially injured :-( Doc has told me not to continue until I'm better, which may be a couple of weeks. Can't believe how gutted I am!
