just had a gorgeous breakfast. grilled medallions of bacon in a 60g wm roll HEB with sliced spicy beetroot on - as my 1/3 super free in case i en EE today.
just been to the gym and i did an hours work out on the powerplate. something tells me im going to feel this later, especially my ass!
going to try to use this 3 times a wk alongside running to really tone up!
Lunch: Had a large salad (a 99p side salad from subway) with some mixed seafood and ff cottage cheese - was lovely. Really enjoyed it! Followed by a muller light and a banana
Tea: Boiled rice and veggie curry 3syns
Have also arranged to go and meet some friends for a drink later - Im driving. My friend tried hard to persuade me to leave the car and drink but I held firm! I will have one small glass of wine at the start then its diet coke all the way!! 6syns
Monday 23rd April - Had a little sneaky peak this morning (wrong I know) but its looking like 1.5lb off so far this week. I certainly feel a lot slimmer; think its all that work on the powerplate thats making me feel more toned! Got another 2 1/2 days till this weeks WI to keep focussed. Going to drink LOTS of water between now and then to help give me a good result.
