Just had a bowl of grapefruit and i'm done for Christmas, I feel all stodgy and bloated!
 
The Christmas blowout is over.
I feel so bloated and EUGH!!!
Brownies, doritos, dip, coleslaw, baguettes, shortbread.... NO THANKS.
Actually makes me feel sick thinking about it.

Off to bed (at 3am...) and will be off out to the sales tomorrow and totally back on plan!! xx
 
weigh in tonight

back to evening weigh in so at a slight disadvantage.

even though i dont trust it as far as i could throw it, the wii is reading a 4lb LOSS from last week!! :O wish i was getting weighed at 9!!

just had a yog- going to buy some fruit after work and nom on that until 5pm (weigh in) hopefully i'll have peed out most of the weight lol!!

gl everyone else getting weighed today :)

now to get ready to do a 9-12 shift! woo :D

Time to start the Valentine Vixens Challenge :) Valentines day is 7 weeks today, so that's 6 weigh ins between now and then :)

My first WI will be Sat the 31st.. Which I will be expecting an Ephalump kinda gain!! Lol

I will put my target down as 14lb but may change after Sat.. As I want to loose the 14lb plus anything as I gain on Sat!!

I am going to be such a good SugarPlum after Sat!!!!

My first WI will be 29th but it's after a big meal with rellies so will show an epic gain as usually weigh after a small sparrow sized lunch! Showing a small gain at the mo but I want to lose the challenge plus the xmas weight so wont update my details til 4 th January if thats ok with everyone.

we're not counting this weeks weigh in are we? or are we?

i dont mind either way- but if we are i would wanna change my target, lol
 
Lisa, you are much smaller to start with so your goal is very realistic and probably the same in percentage terms as some of us that are bigger so stick with your target x

I've never thought of myself as smaller before. It's all new to me x
