Daily chat and general fun food time

Feel like I need to cop the fook on : 2 x 5 syns Irish soda bread and 5 syns butter..

Bowl of stew - 2 syns

Was going to head out but feeling rather bleh after my splurge!

Had a wee splurge there but I'm hoping to be 100% tomorrow guys, sorry!

Small Ben and jerries, 1 pack salt n vinegar crisps and 1 Nutella dipper

Feeling much more in control today! :D

After a wee bit of a slip up the last two days, I've got back on the wagon. It's okay if I have a gain tomorrow, it's all about the long term for me!

Breakfast : hex b roll, laughing cow (1 syn), 2 hard boiled eggs, a banana and tea (hex A)

Snack : tea and 3.5 syns chocolate sticks

Yoghurt, blueberries and milkybar 3 syns

Dinner : chicken, rice, courgettes and mixed veg with soy sauce and spices

2 x diet Pepsi, 3 syn caramels

Hi bubbles, he's not back til Monday morning - and probably the reason why I had a blip.. Little bit anxious for him.

We haven't spent this long not in contact in I would say years! Tough not being able to text him but I swore to myself I'd let him have his boys weekend in peace! ;)

Spending my weekend catching up on house stuff, reading some books and I treated myself yesterday to a sexy new kimono for around the house and a few bits outta Vera Moda!
 
Good morning - weighed in today and I lost 1/2 pound! I will take that and run as they say :) wasn't expecting a loss at all tbh due to my 2 days off track but it shows that you shouldn't write a whole week off!

My plan for this week is 7 100% days. I know I can do it! Can't wait to pick my OH up from the airport tonight, I've really really missed him..
 
Food for today :

Breakfast : Hex b all bran, hex a milk, banana

Lunch : leftover chicken, rice and veggies and an apple

Snacks : 3 Syn chocolate and 3.5 syn Alpen light

Dinner : I want to make a vat of butternut squash soup for during the week so soup and something else

Snack : 7 syns chocolate sticks and tea (leftover hex a)

Well done on not giving up for the week. It shows a loss is very achievable. Great result.
Bet u cant wait for OH to come home tomorrow and get a big snuggly hug. Have a good day mate. Not long to go. Xxx
 
My OH is back! Yay! Missed him and I do hate him being away!

Snack : tea and Alpen light, 4 syn chocolate

Lunch : Butternut squash soup and apple

Dinner : probably some more soup as I am heading to John Legend tonight! Whoop!

Edit : soup, yoghurt and blueberries for dessert and 4 syns chocolate

Away to the concert now, gonna stick to fizzy drinks!

Edit : realize that I had a green day yesterday so my second hex was Alpen light

Went to John Legend last night so here is me and my lovely OH.. Really enjoyed it but I am definitely very tired today

Lunch : yoghurt, butternut squash soup, grapes

Dinner : Aloo Gobi with chicken - took ages to make but my gawd it was amazing!!

2 syns caramel - 6.5 syns saved for zee weekend

Going to try and save some syns today of the weekend as I know I am heading for a few drinks Friday during the day and I was thinking of having Malibu and diet coke - 4 syns per 35ml ☺️

I love my carbs, maybe a wee bit too much! Lol!

So it's 6 months exactly today to my wedding... It feels like this past year has just flown! Wish I had have been on the SW bandwagon before I started as I lose very slowly! My interim target is 11st, I might go for 10st when I get there, I defo have to see how I get on! I usually only lose one or half pound a week but I am hoping they will add up! Would love to be nearly 2 stone lighter for the big day!!
