Daily chat and general fun food time

He sure is! I'm so proud of him!

So today is Monday and I'm feeling kinda deflated.. Joining a new gym later so I have that to look forward to..

Breakfast : all bran, banana and milk (both hexs)

Snacks : Orange, grapes, yoghurt, tea and curly wurly (6 syn)

Lunch: grilled chicken salad

Yoghurt and blueberries, 2 syn caramel

Dinner : not sure what to have for dinner, just out of the gym so I'm thinking some eggs maybe? Nothing fancy but better than eating nothing at all! OH has asked me to have some protein to aid my muscle recovery so I've a small protein bar, I'm gonna syn - 6 syns

Well as I didn't eat dinner last night, I am super hungry today! :D

Breakfast : all bran, blueberries and milk (2 hexs)

Snack : 5 syns chocolate pretzels, yoghurt and orange

Lunch : chicken and rice salad

5 syn Special K bar, grapes, 1 syn caramel, diet coke

Dinner : need to see what I want to use up in my fridge!

Well it's star week here and I feel like crap.. I'm so bloated, I want a good cry. I've acne and my body is just not in sync.. Need this weight off asap if I'm gonna have a baby any time soon!!

Used 14 syns today and I don't care. In bed now so hopefully tomorrow will be better

Dinner : OH is away so I'm thinking something nice - chicken pizza with hex a cheese and potato wedges

Heading for a dinner tonight for so I'm gonna flexisyn. Disappointed they didn't have a menu online so I'll make the best choice I can and say that I will probably have 8 syns (2 glasses) white wine with dinner

Starter : salad - this had a dressing and avocado

Dinner : salmon with pumpkin fritters on avocado base..

I tried to be good and yes, I only had my two glasses of wine so I should see this as a victory!

Breakfast : hex b Special K bar

Heading to meet my personal trainer now - actually bricking it!

Post gym foods : 2 hard boiled eggs, carrot batons

Lunch : speed rice with tesco Piri Piri rice seasoning (2 syns), 2 syns caramel

Dinner : morrocan chicken salad with diet cokes


2 x Malibu and diet coke. (8 syns)

So I had a gain this morning, only 1lb but still a gain

Breakfast : Special K 4.5 syns berries and milk (hex a)

Snack : banana, orange and hex b Special K bar

Lunch : tomato pasta

Snack : Apple slices

Dinner : beef stir fry - HM so syn free :)

Will be making a soup this week to see if I can get this gain gone for Thursday night as I have the ball.

Edit : Eh no dinner for me, Gaelic was good but I'm knackered - banana and diet coke instead!

Feeling good despite my gain this week, I've started the gym as well so I'm confident the majority of the gain is water retention..

Anyways, Cinderella is going to the St Patrick days ball this weekend on Thursday night! I'm very excited. I've even a gym session before I go to get my hair done, hoping it will help the definition in my arms!! It's very special to me as I'm abroad and I'm proud to be irish!

So I'm sticking to low syns (hoping 5 syns up until Thursday and Saturday) so I can flexisyn a little bit more easier on Thursday night as I plan on being off plan and enjoying! I should have around 75 syns - that's at least 2 baileys (11 syns) and about 10 vodkas and diet coke (50 syns) and 3 glasses of champagne (16 syns)..

Plan to be dancing off whatever food I eat! It is a buffet so that should all nearly be SW friendly if I pick the healthy options!

Cheers bubbles! Hoping it will work, if not I'll take it as it comes but I'm not going to let it ruin the rest of my week!

Back from training and I'm so exhausted.. My body hurts everywhere! Thinking I might splash out tomorrow after the gym and have a bath!!
