I was their Slimmer of the Year 2003... then got the sash twisted round my ankles somehow!
I know you're right - I am just jealous! - and I'd like to see her get into a 14 from River Island! It's a bit like how I felt watching the final of Biggest Loser - they were all still heavier than me, but all looked smaller!! I suppose it is because I am still carrying all my excess around my middle. Maybe I should start wearing my trousers under my tummy like some men do - then I could wear a 10 or a 12

No, nothing food related for sure! I recall Jo commenting on the Pizza in one of my 'before' pictures - ok so it *was* center-stage!
Anyway- wishing you all a sunny Friday! the weather here is gorgeous, I am looking forward to my lunchtime walk! I need to post two books: I also joined a book swap site Weds evening (readItSwapIt), and have already agreed to swap two books that need posting now.... I looked at bookmooch but it *seemed* to me all books were in the ?US, with people only wanting to post intra-state? Maybe that was only the books I was interested in of course....
And with the weekend starts the 'Easter Period': Kids off school and Grandparents visiting. Hooray!

I can wear 16 tops and dresses at 15stone and am not tall at all.
Someone with less boobs could probably wear a 14 - if it didnt have sleeves
And today I am wearing a 12 dress which is quite baggy, but I didn't have time to try on the 10 in the shop, and also it gives me a bit of leeway
with a 14 cardie that's pretty clingy. Picture coming up later (in diary) as I was amazed - again - when I walked past the mirror!Thats brilliant Anja.

Planning on hitting the gym sat/sun after the grand prix and before the gymnastics - so I wont make much use of the sunshine, weekend of sport on tv
Another week and 4 days til easter break for me, but I'm off from good friday and go back the day after mayday - 3 days leave nets a massive break, am delighted.
And hopefully makes your moments of doubt push further back in your mind.

Maybe this just confirms my suspicions that I am a bizarre shape!
But I'm a long, long way from 16 trousers/jeans fitting(only a few 18s do, am still wearing 20s a lot). Most my weight is in my hip/thigh area. And I've not had kids so losing from the belly is easier for me.
Oh and on funny clothes sizing when I was in oz the fat lady clothes ranges were often S-M-L so i have several tops that are a small, that are about a UK 16-18, still make me smile when I get them out.

I have those 3 days off after Easter too - all to myself!!!!
I struggle to get into size 18 tops if they are fitted (maybe I just have huge boobs!!) and my trousers are now ranging between one pair of size 20s (I swear they shrink in the tumble drier!!) down to some 14s - although I have some 16s that don't fit!!! I am 12 lbs off what is the lowest weight I can ever remember being and then I can only ever remember fitting into a 16 in fitted clothes.
Trouble is I really want to get rid of my middle but it will surely get to the point where everything else starts to look ridiculously skinny so I will look an even stranger shape? Oh well, a long way off there!!

I'm 5 ft 6 in and weighed about 11 1/2 stone (I think). At about 10 stone, I'm in size 14 tops (some 16) and size 12 trousers. I have a broad back and quite big bust too.

Afternoon all! Lazy day today (we had a wedding yesterday) and it's lovely out. Popped back in to have a cup of tea in peace and a browse on here then we'll head out for a stroll.

My kids are on school holidays now, God give me strength
My mammies having pieces of her hip bone, marrow and blood removed today, Hoping for some good answers but not expecting them. She text me on the weekend to tell me her hair is coming out by the handful and she has not even started chemo yet Poor thing.
What plans do you all have for easter? We usually go to friends for a easter NON DUKAN lunch..... Yes naughty I know
