Someone asked about quantities...
my steak last night was 200g (sirloin, with outer fat cut off).
Salmon - 150g pieces, often have half and add prawns, and a couple of frozen scallops.
Chicken - not keen on breast but if I had one, would have an egg with it... (cos can't do with just eating chicken on its own!!)
Chicken - I tend to have the leg and thigh piece - varies in size though
Mince - 2 x 100g 5% burgers
