Someone normal wouldn't think my current way healthy because there are PPs... probably too much fruit at the weekend also... and, remember, although I'm not putting menus here at the moment to avoid confusion, I'm having at least one "proper meal and dessert" per week. So a bit of a mishmash, but it's hard to drop the PPs when you come out of a weekend with a gain. (Hence, note to self, stay off the darned scales for a few days after the weekend!)
