Yes seabands ar available in most chemists, probably behind the counter though, so you may have to ask for them.

That piccie is lovely, and I am curious as to how much the vets bill was:eek:

I hope they work for you. I never really got morning sickness with any of mine, just a little bit of nausea which went with eating. I know some have wondered if they are working then took them off and felt a whole lot worse until they put them on again!!

I feel tired today, and at this moment in time I could realy eat something carby/sugary to give me a boost....I won't though. This is the first time I have felt like this, i'm sure I can get past it:) I am drinking coke zero so hopefully that will help.

Baby is asleep on me so typing one handed, sorry for any typos:eek:

Lol. How cute. Im out of other ideas so will try it. Im not actually vomiting but cant stop feeling sick. The only time it seems to stop is when im actually eating but i cant go on like that as i'll end up huge! It also stops me from wanting to eat so to start off with makes me worse

Cheryl yellow is the fattest girl!

I thought it was going to be around £6-700, oh dear, good job you are selling the pus then

Morning all,
Awake since 5am, up since 6am (cos my overhead neighbours were HOPEFULLY leaving on holiday - since otherwise I see no reason for the commotion overhead at that unearthly hour!! Parquet flooring is all very good but best not live under it!! grrrr!)

So I made the most of my time. Made four days' muffins, some mini quiches (which I forgot to take out in time so they're a little errr caramelised!), and my baked egg custards are now finishing off.

My other half is still in the country, seeing our guests off this morning, and will be back this afternoon. "VOICES" were telling me as I prepared my Dukan food to go out and get some <fresh French breakfast fodder> but I managed to stop myself but haven't dared go out for a walk there were temptation is everywhere!!

Hairdresser in an hour - have good weekends everyone!

Blimey, that's not much fun for a Saturday morning, Jo. Still, respect to you for all your cooking and it's not 9 am yet! Well done for resisting temptation too - one advantage of living in a village with no shop (and the van baker's bread is awful, dries after half a day, so no temptation there either).

Am about to eat breakfast and have my 2nd cup of tea. Then will trail to the shops with the two youngest. Eldest still in bed for the next couple of hours at least!

Hope you all have a good weekend.

Morning, I am just having coffee, and the washing up have to make a list of what I need for this weeks menus. I am tired today TOTM and sore sore tummy plus its quite hot and humid here at night

Morning all, and how was everyone's weekend?

I stayed in the city, which isn't usually to my taste, but we made a point of getting out and about and WALKING miles yesterday, photographing and soaking up the atmosphere. It's true that, being away most weekends, it's easy to "forget" the nice side of living in such a place, having only the bad side (rush hour traffic, public transport to and from work) weekdays usually.

Foodwise, hmm. As per. Usual weekend issues for me. Won't go into details though. Kept off scales.

And you guys?

morning all been up since 7 strange for me busy weekend drove for 8 hours on saturday to see my gran stuck to diet
Sunday had a birdman contest at the harbour ( basically legal tombstoning ) sponsored by red bull so was a massive event got down there kids had fish and chips I went to the fish stall serves most of it straight of the boats ....i bought a tub of king prawns not a masive tub 5 quid was not impressed but kept me on track
came back mowed lawn moved guinea pig outside dont think hes happy , he can come back in in the winter !!!!

absoloutely loads to do this next two weeks but I will keep on plan I will I will I will

A good weekend for me, quiet. Good with the food. Scales going downwards again after a few days of not shifting.

And beginning to start on exercise, very little but its a start.

Been food shopping, got my supplies in for the week! Very hot here, so just trying to keep cool. Will go down the basement and cycle (it's never hot down there, so that's a bonus) while the kids are occupied.

Almost 3 weeks in for me, am hoping to be a healthy weight by WI on Thursday:).

Morning everyone

I'm jealous of those of you with nice weather, it is pretty rubbish here, as usual....

I have decided to completely blow the diet off next Sunday, I will scoff every bit of the scrummy sunday dinner we are having after the christening, and we have bought the most amazing chocolate cake (as a christening cake) plus doritos, nuts, and other such scrummy treats....all to be washed down with beer once we get back to our house:D:D I won't really bother with the beer, but the cake I will be scoffing like crazy;) Then I will get back on track on the monday. I really need something to look forward to at the moment as I am feeling somewhat down:(

I have remained 100% on the diet yesterday and today, I tried that horrible gallette again this morning with cinnamon and it was not much better!! Will have scrambled egg for lunch I think possible some sliced ham with it:)

Shopping day today although I am not sure what time we are going and I haven't any yoghurts left....oooh and I really need some coke too, I find it really helps when I get a sweet craving, to drink a big glass of coke zero:)

xx

Ah but Mel, to get the nice weather, we had to cross the channel!!
That is some blow out you're planning...

Robin - your user info down the left hand column (I think it's in User CP where we change things) doesn't say you're in France!

I would happily move to France tomorrow;)

Yep.....it is a blowout, although come the day I may actually restrain myself

xx

(it's often horrible weather here too!!! perhaps less so where Laura is though!!).

We do get proper seasons, or at least, we used to. Winter can be very cold (we're situated at the foot of the Vercors). Summer has been quite dry and hot overall but have had cooler days (bliss) too. I'm not a fan of 30°+ temps, I doubt I'll ever holiday in (for eg) the Carribean where you're guaranteed hot and humid weather.

We have horrible weather too though, but less so than in the UK (or up Paris/North way).

(Will update the left hand column too!)
