Completing my diary really early today. Feeling low and TOTM doesn't help. Heading to bed in a couple of hours and hopefully will feel better tomorrow.

My last weigh in was a week ago and I was 10.9 st. I won't be having a weigh in until 16th now since I'm away. I want to get to 10 st by my next weigh in for week 8. So far lost 24 lbs in 6 weeks.
My only issue is my skin is breaking out badly. Hope it clears soon. It's quite bad.
Nausea is all i can describe today as but I'm feeling a lot better. I'm not sure if I'm losing weight though but know that consistency will yield great results.
I had a much better day today even though I'm still a little hungry but hey!!! it's expected. I think my skin is clearing up a little. This detox symptoms are killing me
