B: Dukan pancakes with 100g mackerel and a tomato
S: 125g vanilla flavoured quark
L: 125g fish made with passata plus a small amount of courgette, mushroom, onion, garlic and parsley
S: 2 slices smoked salmon, 180g Coffee flavoured yogurt
D: ommelette (1y+3w) 45g sardines and tomatoes with chives, 180g natural yogurt
S: 200g quark flavoured with vanilla
Beginning to think 4 PV days in a row is maybe too many. Feeling hungry a fair bit but maybe not eating enough pure protein. Will stick with it until the end of the month perhaps.
