Decided to post menus now as I've hit a plateau
Wed - PV
Breakfast - oatbran galette with a small bowl of 0% total yoghurt
Lunch - lean turkey strips with veggies oven roasted with tomato passata & herbs.
Snack - coke zero (250ml glass bottle)
Dinner - as lunch ( hubbie working away this week and have 2 little ones - so not much time! ;o) )
Snack - rhubarb & quark ( major transit issues)
2 litres of water and 30 min power walk with pram + hoovering with 10.5kg son in baby sling!!!
Thursday - PP
Breakfast - oatbran galette with a small bowl of 0% total yoghurt
Lunch - chicken breasts - flavoured with herbs and one tbsp 1%cottage cheese
Dinner- as above (he's still away!)
Snack - DD meringues
2 litres of water - exercise DVD + cleaned the house with baby in the sling!!
