Protein amounts are pretty large, but may I could add some for breakfast and snacks too! Thanks for the advice, I really appreciate it xx
Ooh - was 66kg on 1st Sep and today I was 65.3 - so I have lost but only 700g in 23 days. My target weight date was 10.10 -58kg so won't make that! Re-set for 1st Dec.
Transit issues must be contributing - if I don't take colon cleanse, I basically can't go - it was 10 days last time

Lunch - shark steak and salad
Dinner - my first dinner out since starting DD!!! Veal lean steak, pork tenderloin 3% fat, salad. 2x diet coke lots of water.

Breakfast -dry fried eggs and virtually fat free turkey bacon
Snack - DD muffin ( made without toffee yoghurt 0% total and quark instead)
Lunch - chicken breasts

Hi Christell, I popped the recipe in the recipe thread - link below the diaries. I was reading your menu and shark steak caught my eye, then I noticed you are from Denmark. You must be able to get a bigger selection of fish there - have never seen shark on sale in the supermarkets here in Ireland. Xx
Today for me:
Breakfast: 2 poached eggs with crispy (grilled!) sliced ham & turkey.
Lunch: Cajun cod baked in a foil parcel with garlic/yoghurt sauce.
Dinner: Meatloaf followed by yoghurt & oatbran.
B: Yoghurt & oatbran.
L: Cottage cheese & chicken breast salad.
D: Turkish kofte with garlicky green beans & ff tzatziki, sf 'fizzy' jelly.
S: Bits of chicken and crabsticks if I'm hungry.
Sunday
PP (1 x extra PP day due to stagnation)
B- Dry fried eggs and turkey bacon
L- Swordfish steak
D- Beef burgers - homemade with 2% fat
3x DD muffins
2 litres of water 3 x green tea
45 mins boxing class
Monday - PP
B - galette with quark
L- homemade beef burgers
S- pepsi max and coffee
D - 2% fat pork tenderloin

Yesterday: B prawns and one egg omelette

S sweet spicy Dukan toast with goji berries and quark
D grilled fish.
Today
B quick breakfast of raw egg, milk and sweetened coffee milk shake made in liquidiser
L tin sardines, hardboiled egg and quark mashed finely with black pepper and tarragon, on savoury Dukan toast. Salad.
S rhubarb and plain yogurt.
Not sure about dinner yet. Probably baked salmon and asparagus
Pre-swim: lemon and ginger muffin
Breakfast: 3 chicken breasts coated in lemon pepper
Lunch: 2 coffee muffins, total yogurt flavoured with coffee
Dinner: fish pie with cod and tuna steak(1 tsp cornflour)
Snack: total flavoured with lime zest and juice, pavlova shell (1/2 tsp cornflour)
