Fire Angel. No blue cheese dressing! Pork chops? Are they ok in the US book?

Well the book makes a yogurt based dressing and that is what this is so i thought it would be okay.
Pork chops are fine as long as you take off the rind if I read that correctly

L: Pork loin with 1 liter of water
D: 2 slices of Quiche, cottage cheese with Oat Bran and smucker's sauce

Water 2 liters

Uk dukan doesn't like pork but could be wrong about that!

fat free yoghurt dressing is fine. Blue cheese isn't though FA...

So I knew I saw it some where in the Dukan Diet Book,

Page 36-37 states Lean cuts of pork

Also page 52 that states Lean cuts of pork such as tenderloin, loin roast, or well-trimmed center-cut chops

He also has recipes in his book for Pork medallions I knew I wasn't going crazy! __________________

Oh good. Was only a suggestion cause I thought it wasn't in my version. Know they're different in different places for some unknown reason!

Thinking of buying the coconut flavouring...anyone tried?...It's one of the flavours I miss on this diet x

B= oatbran porridge
L= Turkey slices with ff yogurt and sf jelly
D= chicken with cajun seasoning ff yogurt and sf jelly

Snack= prawns/crab sticks (4)

3ltrs water plus green mint tea if i drink any

30mins exercise on my exercise bike
