Daily menus

Im feeling better :D

B - scrambly eggs and smoked salmon
L - roast beef galette with mustard and some ham if hungry
D - cod and salmon poached

Ex- 22 mins walk done this morning and aiming for :
25 mins stepper
50 sit ups
70 arm exercises
 
today's menu -PP

B - oatbran porridge

L - 2 slices of turkey and some cottage cheese and 5 mins ago a boiled egg

D - dont know yet wot i fancy !! has im not very hungry today !!:(

i did end up having 2 salmon fillets a boiled egg and a muller light vanilla yog

it does seem that way ,but when i am hungry i can eat ,and ive been good at weekend too only 3 vodka's and diet coke !!

oh i darent get on scales tomorrow (rather tonight when i get in) cos the weight i was this morning was probably dehydration LOL

Ex - only managed 20 min walk this morning by pregnant baby is not happy walking far :( so did 60 leg masters as well.

later - 30 mins stepper, going for 70 sit ups and 100 arm exercises. and another 60 leg masters

have decided to carry on with the exercise i can see im toning up , the weight loss will just have to slow down.

well was up late so breakkie wasnt until 12.30
