My Thursday PP
55 mins walk - blooming hot already

Breakfast - lovely muffins (which I only managed to finish about an hour ago - darned work kept coming!!)

Lunch - strange mix here, bits and pieces of leftovers - 5% fat burger, bit of turkey which I marinated in curry and chilli powder + fromage blanc, and some chicken
fat free fromage blanc

Snack - chicken thigh
fat free fruit flavoured yoghurt

Dinner - sharing with other half: salmon, cod, few prawns + scallops

B- oatbran and wheatbran porrige

L - cottage cheese,tim of tuna and 2 boiled eggs

D- roast beef !!
 
B - Black coffee + Dukan Muffin
L - Scrambled eggs
D - Chicken breasts in a tikka marinade (made at 2am this morning!)

JET and everyone. I bought my first beef joint last night (silverside) ever! how do i cook it? i like my meat pretty much still mooing x

mine is in the slow cooker house smells yum !!
 
do you put anything else in slow cooker? i just like mine rare and wont eat it over cooked (picky...yes)

I'm thinking you'll want it cooked French style (and not cremated English style!!):

For 1K meat:
4 cloves of garlic
fresh thyme
salt + pepper

1 Preheat your oven to Gas Mark 7/8 (210/240°C) for 15 minutes.

2 Make a few holes in the meat and insert your garlic.

3 Seal your meat for 20 mins.

Leave to rest 5 mins before slicing.

Ex - nothing yet but finish at 2 will take sausages for a stroll for about 30 mins then ill sweat off loads swooning at Jacob at the cinema :D
 
aaah yes Friday menu - PP... bit of a strange one as per usual...

1HR walk - muggy (61° humidity) sweaty early morning(!) horrible HOT walk... pollution alert here too!

Breakfast... (no gagging!)
chicken livers, boiled egg, chicken thigh (which I'd marinated in curry powder, cooked and froze... lots of little packages in my freezer!)

Lunch...
salmon, prawns, chicken
fat free fromage frais

snack
chicken thigh (as this morning's)
fat free fruit flavoured yoghurt

Dinner - in car
Dukan muffins

On arrival
Dukan coffee flavoured baked egg custard
 
chicken livers for brekkie??? lol
 
haaaa! Over the years, I've tried to find a breakfast for Fridays which isn't:

muffins
eggs
and which can be transported and eaten at my desk cold


I've tried several things and in the end this one wins (oh and they're cheap!)
