I've not tried making paté, not being overly keen on the real stuff (unless there's crusty bread and SALTY butter to go with it...). But it's true that chicken livers only need flash frying...

lolz i had a need.. i actually had another one later! im not actually in ketosis i dont think i ever have been! Im off to gym tonight so im not tooooooooo worried! plus i bought the tuc tuc's for the guys at work! whats i didnt have were the chocolate mcvities or the hob nobs!!! aahh see less of THREE evils!
