Daily menus

im not too keen on them :( the chicken liver pate i made was bitter :(
 
was there a "bitter" tasting ingredient in it? I guess the trick would be to caramelise one's onion/shallot but not on PP!
 
i maybe overcooked it. I heard somewhere it goes bitter if you overcook.
 
I've not tried making paté, not being overly keen on the real stuff (unless there's crusty bread and SALTY butter to go with it...). But it's true that chicken livers only need flash frying...
 
i might have another go then and just cook them quickly.
 
jets menu for today -

B- my fav oarbran porrigde

L - cottage cheese and 2 chiken legs and thighs yum muller lite toffee yog

D - chicken breasts and cottage cheese

i know its the same has lunch but im quite happy !!

S- muller light
L- chicken and seek kebab and ww yogart
D- no idea but its a PV day so somic n vegies

the seek kebab is chicken mince, bit of onion =, spices and binded with egg.. cooked on a squwer over a BBQ! YUMaLiciouSe
 
ahhhhhhh right coz i thought it was made from lamb but ur only maughty coz of the tuc bikki then lol.

and i also tried a muller light toffee yogurt wasnt that bad ,our jo must like the finer things in life and why not !!

lolz i had a need.. i actually had another one later! im not actually in ketosis i dont think i ever have been! Im off to gym tonight so im not tooooooooo worried! plus i bought the tuc tuc's for the guys at work! whats i didnt have were the chocolate mcvities or the hob nobs!!! aahh see less of THREE evils!

D - bbq so chicken and beefburgers and vodka

Ex - 70 mins housework, 22 mins step (well im gonna try) and 50 sit ups nd 1/2 hour of ironing!

randome snack - 2 chicken slices possibly more!
L- chicken and kebab with ketchup
S- ww yog if i want it!
D- no idea yet possibly beef and chicken from the curry but cleaned up.

D - jet's spag bol on a bed of carrot's.broccoli and cauli yum !!

SNACKS - avtivia vanilla yog and a bit of cottage cheese
3 vodka and diet cokes

sunday

B- oatbran porridge

L- turkey slices,cottage cheese,2 boiled eggs and tom's and cumber

D- steak and onions with toms and cucumber followed by rhubarb brulee mmmmmmmmm (while they had KFC ) and i wasnt ttempted at all OH YES .
