Can we have horseradish?

Good question! If you have a jar, no...
If you're going to make it yourself, that looks more possible, but I'd say not to eat on attack because it's a root vegetable (anyone disagree??).

I found a recipe on a French dukan site:
1 teaspoon grated horseradish
100g fat free fromage frais
2 tablespoons of chopped dill
Juice of half a lemon
Salt, pepper

PP again (before WI tomorrow!)

B - galette with spices, coffee, large glass of water
L - smoked salmon, chicken with curry spices and yogurt, fromage blanc
S - yogurt
D - fish and lemon, crabsticks, fromage blanc

Breakfast-galette with yogurt-coffee

Lunch-going to try out the quiches with a bit of smoked salmon and tuna- with ham and cottage cheese these are a winner!

Dinner-baked salmon with cottage cheese sprinkled with paprika and chilli, plus quiches again lol
lots of water for today

tomorrow should be weigh in and last pp but have decided with the wedding im going to do a 5th pp day then 2 pv over the weekend then back on pp monday

Scrumper - Are you finding this diet errr a little constipating? (Most do, but perhaps not the first week!) If not, go ahead!!

I put sweetner in when stewing the rhubarb but none extra in the muffins.
About a sachet per stalk, but it can take more if needed. I like it tart.

Then just add a dolop to your muffin recipe before adding the egg white. Sometimes some vanilla too. Helps keep them moist if dropping a yolk.

Scrumper sounds a good plan if you're not crying out to add some crunchy veg.
(I hate the softness of pp days).

I actually prefer pp days to be honest the consipating side is a problem but i take fybogel daily and have done for a few years one of the perils of childbirth im afraid ....im saving pp days for the weekend as if were out ect its easier but to be honest weekdays i can follow one menu day in day out ....im missing one thing and that is kidney beans when I do chilli mince i know theres something missing
