L - turkey ras el hanout and chicken breast
D - chicken tikka and galette

ex - 60 leg masters this morning
shake weight and 27 mins step tonight

Have you been eating any sugar free jelly cos I don't see it on your menus? did it set? I ask because making a sachet up last night, I realised I've either been putting in the wrong quantities of hot/cold water, OR that they give different quantities on different flavours!!

I'm on PV today...
 
no i havent had it yet. its there for me at home if i want something sweet.
Done my shopping online this week (omg the bill is huge but lots of dog food and baby wipes on there lmao) so i cant get anything naughty.
Im making turkey kebabs on fri / sat. with peppers, tomatoes and mushrooms - going to grill them. might make a little marinade too (you know what im like) I cannot wait to eat them :D

Vicks - how much smoked salmon do you have with your (is it?) two eggs? being a greedy person, I'm always concerned I have too much!

Walked 7km fast this morning! fabulous it was too... upturn in the weather, sun coming up, beautiful scenery - reminds me why I moved here!

Breakfast - Dukan muffins with smoked fish in

Lunch - [and in the tupperware today is] chicken leg, 1 x leftover 5% fat burger, mini seafood quiche
1/3 sachet portion of sugar free jelly

snack - fat free fruit flavoured yoghurt

Dinner - 200g sirloin steak grilled in garlic
Dukan egg custard

not much smoked salmon - maybe half a slice? cant eat too much it makes me feel ill if i do!

wow 7km - thats wonderful. now how do you cope in winter?
 
hmm... figured I'd be a pig on the smoked salmon front! Good job I don't have it each morning then! We buy a 200g pack, and have 75g each... leaving 50g for my quiches.

To be honest, winter doesn't bother me - I walked a lot last year. This ultra long walk I'm doing at the moment though is only because it's August because, normally, there'd be too much traffic to contemplate crossing Concorde the way I do!!

Walking is now part of my life which is great... (cold I can handle (and have photos somewhere of me wrapped up in thick red Little Red Riding Hood Coat, gloves, scarf, boots AND woolly hat for my walk). Rain, however, I can't!)
 
Ah I dont mind cold, but rain im the same as you!

Dinner(out at dads party) beef curry but I wont have rice

Yes, have made some yummy things *sob* but I wont eat them, I am being good, I really want to get into the 180's sooner rather than later.

You can have rice, Cathy... Dukan rice... grate some cauliflower florets and steam them...
