Vicky - can you edit your post and put CONSOLIDATION all over it! Cos otherwise our many shy readers and not posters will think to copy your day's food cos it's more interesting than ours!!!
 
My PV day

1h15 mins fast walk! Took the long detour... enjoyed it...

Breakfast - Dukan muffins with smoked fish in the mixture

Lunch - mini quiche, chicken leg, lettuce, tom, cuc, spring onions, beetroot
1/3 sugar free jelly

Snack - fat free fruit flavoured yoghurt

Dinner - 1/2 caramelised onion (fry lite + powdered sweetener), chicken livers on bed of salad as above
Dukan coffee flavoured baked egg custard

L - cottage cheese ,tom's ,cucumber and red onoin mixed salad
with turkey sage and onoin slices

D - roast chicken with salad !!

snacks - dukan muffins throughout the day !!

plenty of drinks !!

PV today

B - Dukan porridge with cinnamon
L - hard boiled egg white, smoked salmon, ham with salad, fromage blanc
D - beef stew with onion, mushrooms and carrots, yogurt
S - fromage blanc dip with crabsticks and cucumber
 
Laura - care to post your beef stew recipe when you get a second? Sounds delicious!

PP again for me today

50 mins fast walk to work

5pm - fat free fruit flavoured yoghurt

Dinner - BIG sirloin steak (dry) fried in garlic
coffee flavoured Dukan baked egg custard (are those words round the right way?)

B - oatbran biscuit thing with baked egg
l - salmon
d - chicken

s - yoghurt

Whoops made a BIG mistake yesterday made the pumpkin soup recipe yesterday but used butternut squash instead and it has double the carbs of pumpkin (alas looked it after scoffing big bowl!). So haven't bothered weigh in this am and definite PP day and try for no tolerated foods! Maybe next couple of days ..... weeks ....... anyway

B - Dukan porridge
L - chicken pieces, dip made with tandoori spice and quark
T - turkey stuffed with quark and lemon and pink pepper spices - bit dry maybe needed ham to keep it moist?

B Muffins - last of the rubbish ones - phew
L Sardines and Salad, yogurt
D Turkey curry if I remember to buy tinned toms on way home otherwise turkey stir fry I suppose.
 
I bought a tonne (1K I think) of fresh ones at the fish counter in the supermarket the other day... Bargain they were! I did all the prep, and froze in packages!
