rhubarb and 0% greek

oops - just nearly tipped my stewed rhubarb over my fish instead of the beans

PV today

B - Dukan porridge with ginger, a yogurt
L - white fish with fromage blanc/gherkin/caper/lemon/parsley combo (trying to imitate tartare sauce, but will probably fail) and green beans, 4 crab sticks, small slice smoked salmon as they need finished
D - chicken curry, coffee custard if still hungry for pud
 
Ah i've decided to take my 2 year old away for a few nights so I'm going to start when come back.
Does anyone know if you can eat quorn on the diet??

Hi I think I remember reading on one of the Q&A sessions that you can eat quorn but not sure about amounts of if that means just plain quorn or the sausages, mince etc too. Am sure someone else more knowledgeable than me would know otherwise do a search and on another forum they have the weekly Q&A printed up which should help! PS have a lovely time! x

Lunch- scrambled eggs with mushrooms & tomato
Dinner might make a bit of chili mince with onion pepper and chopped toms

B coffee - totally forgot to get brekkie out my bag before realising it was lunchtime :(

L - chicken pieces, tikka sauce (ff fromage free), sf jelly
D - probably something with the turkey mince!

D - turkey meatballs with tomato sauce (chopped tom, shallot, garlic, carrot, pepper), WW toffee yoghurt
Snack - Dukan cake (oatbran)

Sunday PP
B - Dukan bread with poached egg
L - smoked mackerel, chicken pieces with tikka dip (ff yog + tikka powder)
D - steak probably!

Lost 1.3kgs since Fri :bliss:

Ok so finally made it into the 70s ... 79.8kg to be exact just need to get into the 60s, think I'll start a diary as makes sense with deadline looming and would like to be as close to that as possible by 9th November.

B - Dukan bread (2 slices), poached egg - tip I found in magazine place egg in clingfilm before poaching and it keeps it's nice shape it does too!
L - slice ham, tikka chicken, tomato, cucumber, beetroot, light babybel (tf ish)
D - chilli ginger chicken, cauliflower, beetroot
Snack - WW yoghurt frozen (yum)

D - chicken legs/thighs with mushrooms, onions and peppers cooked in stock, floating island
S - fromage blanc

Have dinner guests tonight, so will add rice into the main for them and make my pud separately!

ex - picking up puppy poo, 60 leg masters, 20 min dog walk, picking up more dog poo, puppy weight lifting and generally trying to keep myself awake
