Oh thanks never been a size 8 in my life! Was weird but when trying it on I still felt I looked the same as before even though I would have needed a size 12-10 at a push!!
 
OMG Emma, what's it like buying a size 8? I practically have an orgasm buying a size 12 it's so wonderful ....... I'd be doing a Meg Ryan if I got an 8:eek: I'd probably have to be removed from the changing room in an ambulance.....

Is it your mum's birthday party? Enjoy, she's the same age as me:eek::eek::eek: ps saw it on FB
 
Oh god guys I'm dying!! Was at my mums party lastnight-fantastic!! Drank lots :) Then had to work today on only 3hrs sleep :( we were still partying at 8.30am this morning!!!

Anyway have had a ridiculous bad day food wise but I'm hungover and I deserve it lol Will list my food intake but I warn you its not pretty!! The alcohol intake is even worse!! I will definitely be avoiding the scales for a week :(

Saturday

B- Cheese on toast (7pp)
L-WW soup (2pp)
D- finger food-roughly 8 cocktail sausages, 3 chicken goujons, 2 onion rings, dipped in garlic mayo :)

*2 x glasses of white wine
* 2 pints of my own special cocktail (barcardi breezer orange,smirnoff ice and west coast cooler rose)
*4 vodkas with soda water and lime
*3 captain morgans with orange juice
*2 shots of baby guiness
*1 bottle of white wine at the after party!

Sunday

B-sausage sambo
L- Mc Donalds (qtr punder meal)
D- Chinese (chips, rice, curry sauce)
 
Don't know about not pretty ... looks quite appealing to me ;)

In which case it won't have done any damage at all! It's only when you keep at it for weeks (like me :() that damage is done xx

Ahhhh menu looked delish! I'm toying with the idea of getting myself a mcd's burger today ....!!!!

The main thing is that you enjoy yourself at events like this. Afterall its one of the reasons why we lose the weight for :) x

You're a naughty girl not having any breakfast again!!! Could you not prepare something the night before & have it on the way to work? Or during a break? Or just have a piece of fruit? You need something to get your metabolism going which is what 'breaking your fast' is supposed to do ....

Emma, can you not stop at a coffee shop and pick up some porridge or cereal and fruit? Jan's right, you're not doing yourself any favours and you must be starving by the time you do eat! I know when I was younger I never used to eat until dinner time as I used to think, mistakenly, that it would make me hungrier.....fortunately I never really had a weight problem. Now I hardly ever miss breakfast unless, like you, I have to be out really early, then I try and take something with me.

Do as you're told!

Stop picking on me!!! Ha ha no seriously I adore my breakfast, its my favourite meal of the day but I literally live 10minutes from work and was late enought this morning going I didnt get there till 7am and before I knew it it was 1pm and time for lunch (I dont get breaks jan,too busy!) I wasnt hungry but that was probably down to the 2 litres of water I drank before 12pm (still hungover) I usually grab a banana to have on my way but we had none!!
 
HaHa - I knew you'd say you didn't get any breaks! :) But 10 minutes is plenty of time to eat something! Make sure you don't run out of bananas in future!! ;) xx
 
Excuses excuses mrs :giggle: 10mins walk is plenty of time to eat something. Maybe have some cereal bars handy at home for the times when you dont get a chance to make anything for brekkie and yep dont run out of bananas hehe x
 
Emma, whatever you are doing it is working well for you. A 3lb loss is a fab result. I hope this week is a good one too for you. I agree with everyone else on the breakfasts. I keep a supply of Nakd bars to grab one when I am in a rush. They are very filling and have all natural ingredients.
Pping really suits you as you ate doing fab on it.

I was just about to add my tuppence worth and lecture you about breakfast - the piece of toast is a start though. A small banana would be nice to go with it ;-)
