Worked today from 8.30am till 9.40pm and I am back in at 6.45am and definitely wont be out of there before 6pm!!!

Isn't it law to have atleast 11 hours between shifts? (that's my work place ive assumed it was nationally)

Are you on WW retailchick? Just asking as I started WW this Wed and noticed that my weight's creeping up again since I'm back on 3 meals a day. Not by a lot, about 200gr per day but just wandering if this is normal now that I'm back on 3 normal meals. Don't even eat all my pro points per day so but worried x
 
Excuse me for butting in but that happened to me with WW after my refeed! I dont know why but guessed it might be cos of free fruit n veg! I too was within pp allowance for losing 2pound a week, although I was just wanting to maintain! I kept trying for a few weeks then went back to cal counting cos the gains, altho smallish, were adding up and I was disheartened! (it came back off then)

In my opinion, pp is faaaaab for weight loss but not so good for maintaining if ur body is already used to a low fat balanced diet! Such a shame cos i agree with pp principles of types of food affecting points - I am swithering about trying it again but hesitant cos cal counting is working for me so why fix it if it's not broke! Lol

I also always found with me, that it takes about a month after refeed for body to settle and stop seizing onto food! so that may have been the reason for gains also!

However all of the above is my experience, I wouldn't want to say it's same for everyone (I am fairly immobile so that makes obvious difference aswell).

No worries Zebs, the more info I can get, the better! I'm not eating much fruit, 1 portionh a day and then only about 20 grapes. Also on the veg, I'm actually eating less veggies now. I only use low cal stuff like light philadelphia, light cheese, 1 cal cooking spray so am very much keeping an eye on the cals I am eating. Don't know what to do now, continue WW or stop? :(

Whatever u decide, give ur body a chance to adjust first! It cud be anything - water retention, TOTM etc!! Are u still drinking loads; are u eating late in evening etc?! Give it a week or two at least - and use weekly weight as average! It only been a couple of days and may settle anyway ... Frustrating tho! Good luck!

Ps: you cud do both for a while; cal counting on mfp alongside WW. That may help u decide! To see how results compare! And helps with nutritional info etc...

Well........longest day of my life but was soooooo worth it!!! Scored 93% in my audit I am over the moon!! This puts my store in number 1 spot in the whole company :banana dancer::party0049:

My boys picked me up and whisked me away for a lovely meal and my bf ordered a bottle of champagne as well!! Gorgeous!

Ok so todays food:

B-Main bar
L- tuna salad, crunchie
D- Chickens wings to start, omelette and few chips for main

Thanks Sandra, yes she was very pleased. I'm organised,dedicated and I give 100% to the job but still have an attitude of work to live.......this suprises my regional manager as shes 40, single and her job is her life. However I still scored top score in the audit and its stuff that is consistent, so we do every day, I think that shocked her that yes I have the attitude I do but still run a tight ship :)
