Thanks Molly..............I need to try my best. Scales is showing plus nearly 6lbs and I'm feeling it. Holidays in 6 weeks.............need to get a grip and stop acting like a fool!!!
 
Some of that cud be TOTM weight Emma! I always see about a 3lb drop over 2nd and 3rd day bleeding!

Re your food tho - I think maybe ur slipping, like me, dangerously close into an almost starve/binge cycle! I'm definitely beginning to take the 80/20 rule to the extreme! Not good really... We, or I anyway, need to get better habits formed instead of 5lb on then 5lb off every week! lol xxx
 
Yes your right Ness! Although what I'm doing is completely abusing the 80/20 rule..........being bad 80% and good 20% no wonder scales has jumped!!

Monday

B- Main bar
L- WG ham and cheese sandwich, handful of hunky dorys
D- Lasagne, few chips

Had about an hour in the park skating on my new blades :)

Tuesday

B- Main Bar
L- WM ham sandwich, handful of hunky dorys (thankfully these are gone now)
S- Banana
D- Chicken with lettuce, sprinkle of lf cheese, tomato, onion and tsp of lf mayo
S- 5 strawberries chopped up

Am heading out now for a power walk as soon as my little man is in bed, just going to read his story now xx
 
Didnt fancy going for a walk by myself so did 30 mins of my "flat belly fast" dvd! I am sweating..........will definitely be sore tomorrow :) x

Just edited todays menu. Also had 2 litres of water and walked to and from work. 20 minute brisk walk each way.

Well scales has been sat at 10st 5lbs for past 3 days now :( I
guess it really is a genuine half stone gain. Im so so annoyed and upset and worst thing is I only have my stupid self to blame!
 
Ah Emma. It is a pity about the gain. You have had a lot of outings where all the fatty foods were the order of the day. combine that with Easter and now the May bank holiday and the fab weather we are having. All combine to make us easy prey for the temptation of JUST one portion of sweet n sour or chips or crisps or cake or biscuit or wine or cider or vodka and on and on it goes !!!! Before we know it the pounds are slipping back up.
I've been lazy the last few weeks and have been definitely eating/drinking too much. I can feel my waist thickening up!!
So, for me, after this weekend, it is back to the mindset of " I can enjoy life without stodge or too much vino". It is truly possible to have as much fun as everyone else whilst being just that little bit careful.
Get this weekend out of the way. Get yourself back to pp'ing as it did work well for you. Go into a strict weightloss phase for about four weeks and you will be super hot by June bank hol.

But I really wish you would stay off the flippin' scales woman!!!!

Thanks Molly for that, your so right. Its just been pure laziness (and greediness) on my part!!!! I got cocky and thought I had it sussed yeah right!!!!

Tanya I know I know I'm rubbish!!! I think I'm gonna hide the bloody scales lol :)

Ok so I went to see my pharmacist today..........confessed to the half stone gain and basically told her how it happened.....slipping back into bad habits etc She was so lovely and said that she had put back on a stone herself (she was on tfr same time as me :) )

So we've decided that I'm going to have 2 main bars and 1 low carb meal until next Friday.....If I dont see a decent loss I think I'm gonna do TFR again............

I know its all in my head but my mind frame now is that I've never got to goal, I refed to early........and I know if I only lose a lb a week it will really frustrate me and I'll end up even bigger than when I started!!
 
I'm surprised they'll let you TFR with your BMI. Don't overdo it now will you?! xx
 
Hmmm we'll see if they do. To be honest I dont want to do tfr so I'm gonna try really hard this week and next and hope for a good loss!

No chance of me over doing it Jan!!! Love my grub too much............obviously lol x
 
I think it's great that your pharmacist is so understanding and supportive (very rare) but I really hope the maint/meal thing works first off! I'm not convinced TFR is the way to go for half stone but I do understand that u want to go lower anyway! However, ur a sensible yummy mummy and i trust ur judgement!

Yes Ness I totally agree, really want to get to my original goal tho but hopefully this week works for me and I wont need tfr!

So I weighed very quickly this morning as I am so late......have to catch a train to belfast for work! Scales is somehow showing a 3lb loss taking me to 10st 2lb........not sure how accurate that is tho!!!
 
Cud be accurate - after all, you just had TOTM and maybe it was just quick on/quick off weight and was just TOTM complicating the mix!

Dont relax tho - no weekend celebrations for you missy! Lol. Keep at it till ur comfortable it'll stay off!

Fingers crossed for you - I dont want u TFR'g if at all possible... x

Thanks hun I hope it is right!! Nope no celebrations for me this weekend even tho im off sun, mon and tue!! Will get home from belfast about 9pm tonight so will just be watching the royal wedding (I havew it recording lol) then working on saturday! I do have 2 things on next week tho.....a party on thursday and my best friends baby is being christened on the saturday!
 
Ooooh christening - lovely! Is this the girl you told us about? Hope everything is okay for her on that front! Awww I love a christening - well, anything to do with babies really lol x
 
Just home from Belfast :) Yep same girl Ness, she is happy..........blissfully unaware of the extent of his cheating :( Nothing I can do though and now she has decided to move to Australia with him :(
