Well initially it will be a 3 month secondment so if its made permanent after that it will probably mean rather than trying to get pregnant in September we will try after Christmas.

Ended up giving in and having burger and some chips..........stupid really since I have to get into a bikini tomorrow :( ah well I cant un eat it!!

Jan you wouldnt believe the cheek of this burger!! Unwrapped itself and launched itself right down my throat :( lol

Am now torturing myself looking at my extremely hot friends holiday snaps :( she did that educogym thing.........very expensive but looks worth it to me!!

www.educogym.com they are quite controversial but seem to get really good results!! Hmmm may consider this when I return from hols.........but I've never been to a gym in my life........not a fan!!!
 
Morning all :)

Well holidays today woo hoo!! :character00180:

Am a bit nervous as this is my first holiday since losing weight so hoping I dont come back a stone heavier :sigh: I dont want to spend the whole week worrying about my weight though but I will try make the best decisions I can while away :rolleyes:

I am bringing maintenance bars with me and I plan to have one for breakfast every day with my tea...this should be easy enough as I dont like the milk in Spain so wouldnt be having cereal. Last year I had a toasted ham a cheese sandwich every morning for breakfast :eek: no wonder I was a fatty :D

My granny makes lunch each day and she makes lots of salads so shouldnt have any problems with lunch........she does serve up crusty white rolls with everything so shall have to try just have one piece and not the whole basket lol

Its the alcohol and evening meals I'm most worried about :confused: I'm sure we wont be out every night though especially as we have Jack. Am bringing my diary with me to keep track of food anyway whether it does me any good who knows!! I've kept up drinking 2-4litres of water a day since last TFR and that will be easily done in Spain as its so hot!

I've also been doing my sit ups and leg lifts each day so will keep doing these each morning and evening in Spain!
Oh Jesus look at me rambling like a lunatic...........sorry :eek:
 
You will be fine hun. We all worry about our holiday gains but enjoy yourself & get back to it once you are back :)

Welll just waiting to board! Have had 2 glasses of sb and boots chicken noodle salad. Everyone went to burger king but I stayed strong!!! There was 250 cals in the salad xxx
