I'm thinking of joining WW... but I love the convenience of CD products and the fact that if I have 2, I already know I'm having at least 2/3 of all my essential vits and mins. Any idea how many propoints the products are? (Very similar to LT, so if you've ever pointed them...!)

If you give us the total protein, carbs, fat & fiber of the products we can work them out for you.
 
Thank you, I'd posted on the WW forum too and apparently the shakes and porridges have 4 PP and the bars have 5 PP - which I imagine is the same for LT.

WW could then work for maintenance / shifting this last bit... food for thought, so to speak!
 
Dont worry, I must be the worst one for stuffing my face around here at the moment, I will be glad when all these festivites are over..........says me who bought a big tray of Ferrero Rocher today!

D-Roasted chicken pasta salad (11pp)

Ok so slight edit on today

B- Porridge and jam (4pp)
L- Small slice soda bread with scrimpin of jam (4pp??)
D- Small fillet steak quite thin, no fat and all juices removed! (8pp???) with small salad (0pp)
S- 5 pieces of terrys choc ornage (5pp)

Milk (1pp)

Hun, try not to keep guessing the pro points in food. Really you need to look it all up etc :)
 
I know but I did try but I got the fillet from a butcher so doesnt have that info on it. But I looked at the WW page and they estimate 9pp for a large steak so I'd rather guesstimate 8pp to be safe as mine was pretty tiny!!
 
Didnt you weigh it?........I wouldnt think it was as much as 8 as when I had a rib eye steak the other week, that was 8 and it was quite big.
 
I had no scales mary as I was in the in laws house-yes I had to cook lol

But I'd rather guess over just to be on the safe side- it was smaller than the palm of my hand and about 3/4 of an inch thick! The Steak I mean :)

Edit on today- cannot even leave the house am so poorly sent my oh to shop to get my chicken and he arrived home with burgers, crisps,fizzy orange, shepards pie and chocolate but no chicken!!

Couldnt face anything so had a choc bar with cup of tea for dinner (7pp) so thats 24/29pp today- think I'll go to bed :wave_cry:
