Goog idea to regulate and have some form of structure. I always eat around the same time each day (on a week day) and on a weekend its a little different just cuz of getting up earlier etc but it does help :) x

Thanks girls :) Just having my last main bar now an hour later but was busy putting the little man to bed x
 
Just had some strawberries chopped up in a bowl. Have had 3 litres of water today xx

L- prawn salad, stick of time out bar
S- carrot sticks with hummous
D- 3 crackers, 3 slice ham, few bits of chicken, bite of beans

Well a very picky day altogether! Could not decide what I wanted for dinner. Also have had 3 litres of water excluding tea :D

Tomorrow my friend is coming over for wine...........bet I'll end up picking!

Enjoy the evening with your friend. Rather than hope you won't, just plan for some treats with the wine. It's guilt free then and more enjoyable.

Friday

B- Bran muffin thing-v early 7.30am
L- few prawns, M+S ozra rice with roasted peppers, v small portion and some maltesers
D- nothing yet :)

Plenty of vino later :)

Well had a lovely evening! Absolute carb overload though eek!!!

Shared 2 bottles of white wine, I had a smallish pepperoni pizza, 3 slices of garlic bread, some doritos with salsa and 4 biscuits! Needless to say I'm feeling very doughy round the middle this morning! X

It's a catch 22 ain't it ... We wana live our life but yet we want to lose the weight. Tis hard ain't it :(
 
Yep Sarah, it was thinking like that that made me relax over the past few weeks but no I'm not a bit bloody happy about my carb middle (great name- cheers Jan :) )

Really enjoyed myself Friday and was working all day yesterday but met by bf in the pub after for dinner and a couple of drinks before the baby came home :)

Saturday

B- Just tea, was feeling delicate
L- WG sandwich with swiss cheese, coleslaw, peppers and onion
S- I picked on chocolate all day :(
D- Burger with saute potatoes and garlic mayo
** 3 x glasses red wine

Bad food but had a lovely time with Ste, we never get out just the 2 of us :)
