Dairy of a yoyo!!

I tried gentle walking for 40-45mins for 3 days.

And then had a day where I did a brisk 2min walk and broke a sweat!!

It kinda annoys me that *** isn't an approved activity to earn activity points for!!!! Sorry if that's too much info! Xxx

Aw lovely news about the flowers :0) I hope the early night helped. As been mentioned, leave wi till next week,You've had a stressful week.Stay focused.Mince is cheap and you can make so many different types of meals from it.Think of meals you do like and go from there hun :0)

Mince is a good idea.... Think I'll go shopping tomo. I have some pinto beans and whole grain rice so could make a chilli I spose! Am starting to fall in the trap of eating the same foods and getting bored. I do struggle to point and portion when I cook from scratch tho- I do have a recipe book but it's with the old pointing system and I'm
Not sure how to convert between the 2!!!

I think I'm going to look on amazon/eBay for some cookbooks. Any ideas?

Chilli sounds nice,I measure it all when I batch cook, add up all the points then divide it by however many portions I make,if it's on simply filling no pointing is needed! On here are recipes or nose on net, saves splashing out! Lol bout nookie needing to be activity points ;0)

Easiest way to overt them is to put them into the recipe builder on e-source.

Well done on the STS :)

Precisely why I won't do it. And why I now realise that SW never worked of me. My sponsor was the same.

Ah. Better stay clear then!! Thanks hon xx

To be honest I waited quite awhile till I moved over to simply filling and I still weigh a lot of things,I know what portion size suits me so wanted to stick with that!

I saw lol! JEL its a freebie!! ;)

I wasn't 100% side about devilmoo. I think yogurts should be fruity so I'll have to try the others!! There's a mango and passionfruit one I really fancy! Xx
