here are the NV's I found but its just for the meat.. Then just add to it the sauces n pitta...

Oh sorry. I thought you had a calculator.. There's 10pp per 100g of meat(works out at 9.something so rounds up rather than down (unfortunately lol)
So I suppose if you don't use your weeklies you can use them 1 week for that... Just to get that craving out of the way..
Or would sharing 1 with your OH be an option? Sometimes I do this so I get my craving out of the way but still don't go way over...

Do your chippers do kebab in a tray??? That'd save lotza points (well 6!)
Although I love the bit of pitta that does soggy from so much sauce... :)

That sounds more like it him having 1 and a half lol. If I just had the meat in a tray they would probably pile more in!!
I get 45pp a day so could just have a light lunch and breakfast one day and enjoy the kebab for tea!! Xx

Tuna pasta bake with added ham and tomatoes

Snacks

Fab Lolly 3pp/grapes with yoghurt 2pp/orange

5 weeklies used/23 left

Exercise was dog walking and 15 minutes gym ball.
